Eder has not

In my previous post I talked
about needing
to get to my
goal weight after
getting their once and now needing
to do it all over again.
I have felt so helpless for so long
about my
weight because it seems like I will never
get to my
goals.
My problem was (and this is prior
to the points plus program) when I
got down
to 20 lbs from my
goal weight I had uncontrollable cravings and because I my points were so low (I found out later I was only eating
about 1200 calories vs my body size was supposed
to be closer
to 1600 calories) I was never able
to eat enough while still maintaining the points.
I still have
about 25 pounds
to lose
to get down
to my
goal weight, but the
weight loss stopped until I started the PHD progress.
My
goal is
to get my
weight down
to about 100 - 105 pounds.
If you're really serious
about losing
weight, then you'll need
to change the messages you're
getting on what
to eat: pack away the cookbooks,
get some healthy meal cookbooks on your coffee table,
get rid of the tubs of ice - cream and muffin mix, watch the healthy eating channels, skip the junk food TV commercials and ignore the marketing by focusing on your
weight loss
goals.
Many times women exercise
to get to a particular dress size, but obviously not everyone is going
to be a size 2 or 4 or 6, so for women in general how would they go
about determining what's optimal for them in terms of a
goal weight and how can they find out just how long and often of a workout they'll need
to achieve optimal fitness health and that dress size perfect for them?
