Here at Our Chaotic Kitchen, we're all
about healthy meal prep ideas.
I get asked quite often
about healthy meal from my own blog's readers (naturalhealth-naturalbeauty.com).
She left behind her corporate marketing career of 20 years to stay home with her kids, and started blogging
about the healthy meals and school lunches she makes for her family.
Yet, as with the original Baby Led Weaning book, being on the paleo diet makes us disagree with much of the dietary information and ideas
about healthy meals that are given in the book.
A lot of us have New Year resolutions on our mind, and with that you may be thinking
about healthier meals that adhere to the paleo or keto diet.
However, what I discovered while writing our cookbook
about healthy meals for dogs and cats is it cost about half the price to make our recipes than to purchase regular commercial dog food (not the premium kibble).
Not exact matches
I've written
about it ad nauseam before — in the form of grocery pick - up systems,
healthy eating subscriptions, and
meal prep services — but I really hate grocery shopping.
It currently ships

One question I get asked a lot is how to come up with different recipes and have more variety with
meals, so I'm going to be talking
about that more this month (great for those of you who tend to make New Year's resolutions around cooking more and eating
healthier food!).

It is not just
about an abstract idea of «eating
healthy» and I would never shame anyone for the food that they decide to eat, but I notice a really big difference in my energy levels and mental capacity when I eat a proper
meal vs. snacks.
