There were several possible catalysts suggested for this spike
in concerns
about a favorable outcome
of the debt ceiling negotiation, which has to be concluded ahead
of the Treasury's X Date, now expected as early as October 1: some cited Steven Mnuchin's interview on CNBC,
in which the Treasury Secretary said that the additional spending
needed to
help Texas recover from Hurricane Harvey may reduce the amount
of time Congress has to increase the federal debt limit; another possibility was month - end liquidity
needs and relative positioning across the curve.
My question... is getting peoples insights into whether to diversify some more or something different altogether... there is simply so much
time ahead
of him, its hard to pin down a strategy, even the Vanguard Retirement 2065 is not far enough away to accommodate the
time in front
of him, he'll only be 56 by then, but I want to
help him and set the strategy out before I shuffle off the mortal coil so he doesn't really
need to think
about pensions etc. as he grows up, comments / suggestions welcome... Cheers
If you've seen the previous videos
in the Google Adwords Keyword planner training series you know that we're now getting four
times as many keywords back using the very same input terms just by understanding exactly how the Google Adwords Keyword planner works but once you click this download button here and you downloaded the csv files what do you do with all these files because they each contain
about 700 keywords a piece there's some overlap between the different terms and so you got ta work through that so what I've gone ahead and down this I've asked my developers here at MarketBold go ahead and create a tool that will merge and remove the duplicates from the csv files that google adwords gives you so if you head over to marketbold.com/GAKP/ i'll put the link below
in the description and you'll see a tool that looks just like this all you
need to do is click on this browse button here and you'll
need to navigate to the folder where these files are that you downloaded from the Google Adwords Keyword planner you can just simply click and select them all the same
time and click open you'll see here now says 12 files selected because I tell me i selected and then I just simply click here to process and download as soon as I click that this tool is taking all those files taking all the keywords to search volume cost - per - click that all the information that you got back from the Google Adwords Keyword planner and it's actually removing all the duplicates and putting into one single file so you can actually work with it and then you simply just
need to save the file to your computer and once you do that we'll go ahead and do it here for a second and then once you save it you can open it up and you'll see here we now have a file here opened up
in Excel and you'll see we have all these keywords that we got back there's a total
in this list
of 3,796 just because i only downloaded 12 files from Google Adwords Keyword planner you can download as many as you want to put it through this tool is just going to save you
time and from there you might want to take it into a tool like keyword grouper pro and break it down into the individual groups i hope this has been helpful for you if you like this video and you appreciate the tool we've made for you go ahead and give us a thumbs up or subscribe to the channel for more videos just like this and if you haven't seen the other videos will walk you through all the steps on how to use the Google Adwords Keyword planner you want to check those out as well so go ahead and use this tool to increase the profits
of your business and
help it grow.
I am the first
in line to step up to the plate to
help someone
in need (a friend told me
about a homeless man living under bridge
in a small town
of 1500... everyone knew he was there; police, mayor and other community members, though NO one did a thing, I personaly went bought a sleeping bag and 100.00 worth
of food, storage bags and toiletries and whatever I thought he may
need and this is the first
time brought up.)
Really enjoyed reading
about his moments
of service to others and
time spent

Rick the more i think
about it we are to live as overcomers not strugglers since the day i decided to turn away from the sin that was controlling my life i never fell back into old sinful patterns not once, was i tempted many many times. The Lord will work
in our lives one area at a
time he
needs us to give him full control so if an area is taking control we do
need to hand it to him so he can change us.How do we do it immediately we say Lord you know i am weak but
in you i am strong i leaned on him and overcame
time and
time again.We all have areas
of weakness that we struggle
in so do nt feel bad.Struggling is us trying to do it
in our own strength before this process i was so stubborn i refused to let God
help me i wanted to do it
in my own strength and so it was a roller coaster ride
in my christian walk if the day went well i was on a high if it did nt i would would be down. Not any more now when things do nt go to plan i still thank the Lord and when it goes well i thank the Lord.Because i know that all things work for good to those who love the Lord. The main area he is wanting is our hearts he wants all our heart not only some until we come to that place we will continue to struggle
in our faith. The only reason to tell you this is not to boast because
of what i have done
in myself because i have nothing to boast
about but if i did i would brag that Christ has empowered me by his holy spirit to be an overcomer just as he would want you to be.As Christians we are all called to be overcomers more than conquerers.Make a decision today to turn all your hearts to the Lord to acknowledge the areas you are holding onto that are controlling your flesh life hand them to the Lord and walk according to the spirit and not the flesh and he will give you the victory. That can be a reality starting today merry christmas everyone and may the new year be an exciting one as we put all our trust
in Christ our Lord and savior.Brentnz
In se x, as in Christianity, there are times when it's all about putting your own needs aside and just «giving», other times when there is give and take as well as «sharing», other times when you depend upon the help of others to give you what you need, and still other times when it's just you, alone, with your thoughts and desire

Decisions had to be made from
time to
time as to where or when services
of the church would be held; the church
needed to be told
of the impending visit
of an apostle, or
of some prophet or teacher from abroad; a question has been raised as to the good faith
of one
of these visitors, and there must be some discussion
of the point and a decision on it; a fellow Christian from another church is on a journey and
needs hospitality; a member
of the local congregation planning to visit a church abroad
needs a letter
of introduction to that church, which someone must be authorized to provide; a serious dispute
about property rights or some other legal matter has arisen between two
of the brothers and the church must name someone to
help them settle the issue or must
in some other way deal with it; a new local magistrate has begun to prosecute Christians for violating the law against unlicensed assembly, and consideration must be given to ways and means
of meeting this crisis; charges have been brought against one
of the members by another member, and these must be investigated and perhaps some disciplinary action taken; one
of the members has died, and the church is called on for some special action
in behalf
of his family
in the emergency; differences
of opinion exist
in the church on certain questions
of morals or belief (such as marriage and divorce, or the resurrection), differences which local prophets and teachers are apparently unable to compose, and a letter must be written to the apostle — who will write this letter and what exactly will it say?

of the wedding
in the crock pot (not sure how much
time I'll have) Thee will be
about 140 people so would
need a few crockpots!
this window has just finished i am already thinking
about who we will get for the january window we might try for khedira on a really low offer as he is free agent almost would
help boost numbers
in midfield
in the new year as we will no doubt
need to filling the numbers
about then also i will hold my hands up and say i was wrong this morning for giving wenger stick and saying welbeck is rubbish i have been out
in the cold light
of day and had a chance to reevaluate the situation and realized that this could be a canny shrew transfer on wenger behalf actually if wenger can turn the clock back and work his magic on welbeck and get him scoring goals and improve his game then we could have a great underrated signing on our hands its wengers absolute trust
in him that might be what makes him a great player as this is something that he never had at old mordor if anybody can make him a world beater wenger can he loves this little pet projects improving players against the odds welbeck has the skillset to be high class player upfornt he just
needs to work very hard on his finishing i think once he gets a few goals under his belt he will settle
in fine and he is a team player you could put him on the left against man city to shore up that side and he will put
in a great shift without a complaint that could be his biggest asset to us or on the right whenever we
need him there ithinkwenger might start himon the left against city to protect the left back against navas and i bet you if he does a great job we will take a shine to him quickly i am hopeing he will be one
of those wenger gems that he finds and polishes up to a high finish i must admit i was annoyed as some other gunners were at not signing d / m and c / h but if wenger does win the league with this lot it will be his greatest win yet and what might play
in to our hands is the unpredictable nature
of the league
in the last few seasons if we get on a good run at the right
time we might be hard to stop look at city they should have never lost to stoke but the result is there
in black and white for all to see and i think chelsea will hit the skids after a while to just because cesc and costa are doing well now thats there main threat but teams will work out how to stop them as the season goes on and chelsea will become predictable i think we might just do well this season after all
Time for some brutal honesty... this team, as it stands, is in no better position to compete next season than they were 12 months ago, minus the fact that some fans have been easily snowed by the acquisition of Lacazette, the free transfer LB and the release of Sanogo... if you look at the facts carefully you will see a team that still has far more questions than answers... to better show what I mean by this statement I will briefly discuss the current state of affairs on a position - by - position basis... in goal we have 4 potential candidates, but in reality we have only 1 option with any real future and somehow he's the only one we have actively tried to get rid of for years because he and his father were a little too involved on social media and he got caught smoking (funny how people still defend Wiltshire under the same and far worse circumstances)... you would think we would want to keep any goaltender that Juventus had interest in, as they seem to have a pretty good history when it comes to that position... as far as the defenders on our current roster there are only a few individuals whom have the skill and / or youth worthy of our time and / or investment, as such we should get rid of anyone who doesn't meet those simple requirements, which means we should get rid of DeBouchy, Gibbs, Gabriel, Mertz and loan out Chambers to see if last seasons foray with Middlesborough was an anomaly or a prediction of things to come... some fans have lamented wildly about the return of Mertz to the starting lineup due to his FA Cup performance but these sort of pie in the sky meanderings are indicative of what's wrong with this club and it's wishy - washy fan - base... in addition to these moves the club should aggressively pursue the acquisition of dominant and mobile CB to stabilize an all too fragile defensive group that has self - destructed on numerous occasions over the past 5 seasons... moving forward and building on our need to re-establish our once dominant presence throughout the middle of the park we need to target a CDM then do whatever it takes to get that player into the fold without any of the usual nickel and diming we have become famous for (this kind of ruthless haggling has cost us numerous special players and certainly can't help make the player in question feel good about the way their future potential employer feels about them)... in order for us to become dominant again we need to be strong up the middle again from Goalkeeper to CB to DM to ACM to striker, like we did in our most glorious years before and during Wenger's reign... with this in mind, if we want Ozil to be that dominant attacking midfielder we can't keep leaving him exposed to constant ridicule about his lack of defensive prowess and provide him with the proper players in the final third... he was never a good defensive player in Real or with the German National squad and they certainly didn't suffer as a result of his presence on the pitch... as for the rest of the midfield the blame falls squarely in the hands of Wenger and Gazidis, the fact that Ramsey, Ox, Sanchez and even Ozil were allowed to regularly start when none of the aforementioned had more than a year left under contract is criminal for a club of this size and financial might... the fact that we could find money for Walcott and Xhaka, who weren't even guaranteed starters, means that our whole business model needs a complete overhaul... for me it's time to get rid of some serious deadweight, even if it means selling them below what you believe their market value is just to simply right this ship and change the stagnant culture that currently exists... this means saying goodbye to Wiltshire, Elneny, Carzola, Walcott and Ramsey... everyone, minus Elneny, have spent just as much time on the training table as on the field of play, which would be manageable if they weren't so inconsistent from a performance standpoint (excluding Carzola, who is like the recent version of Rosicky — too bad, both will be deeply missed)... in their places we need to bring in some proven performers with no history of injuries... up front, although I do like the possibilities that a player like Lacazette presents, the fact that we had to wait so many years to acquire some true quality at the striker position falls once again squarely at the feet of Wenger... this issue highlights the ultimate scam being perpetrated by this club since the arrival of Kroenke: pretend your a small market club when it comes to making purchases but milk your fans like a big market club when it comes to ticket prices and merchandising... I believe the reason why Wenger hasn't pursued someone of Henry's quality, minus a fairly inexpensive RVP, was that he knew that they would demand players of a similar ilk to be brought on board and that wasn't possible when the business model was that of a «selling» club... does it really make sense that we could only make a cheeky bid for Suarez, or that we couldn't get Higuain over the line when he was being offered up for half the price he eventually went to Juve for, or that we've only paid any interest to strikers who were clearly not going to press their current teams to let them go to Arsenal like Benzema or Cavani... just part of the facade that finally came crashing down when Sanchez finally called their bluff... the fact remains that no one wants to win more than Sanchez, including Wenger, and although I don't agree with everything that he has done off the field, I would much rather have Alexis front and center than a manager who has clearly bought into the Kroenke model in large part due to the fact that his enormous ego suggests that only he could accomplish great things without breaking the bank... unfortunately that isn't possible anymore as the game has changed quite dramatically in the last 15 years, which has left a largely complacent and complicit Wenger on the outside looking in... so don't blame those players who demanded more and were left wanting... don't blame those fans who have tried desperately to raise awareness for several years when cracks began to appear... place the blame at the feet of those who were well aware all along of the potential pitfalls of just such a plan but continued to follow it even when it was no longer a financial necessity, like it ever really wa

of pie
in the sky meanderings are indicative
of what's wrong with this club and it's wishy - washy fan - base...
in addition to these moves the club should aggressively pursue the acquisition
of dominant and mobile CB to stabilize an all too fragile defensive group that has self - destructed on numerous occasions over the past 5 seasons... moving forward and building on our
need to re-establish our once dominant presence throughout the middle
of the park we
need to target a CDM then do whatever it takes to get that player into the fold without any
of the usual nickel and diming we have become famous for (this kind
of ruthless haggling has cost us numerous special players and certainly can't
help make the player
in question feel good
about the way their future potential employer feels
about them)...
in order for us to become dominant again we
need to be strong up the middle again from Goalkeeper to CB to DM to ACM to striker, like we did
in our most glorious years before and during Wenger's reign... with this
in mind, if we want Ozil to be that dominant attacking midfielder we can't keep leaving him exposed to constant ridicule
about his lack
of defensive prowess and provide him with the proper players
in the final third... he was never a good defensive player
in Real or with the German National squad and they certainly didn't suffer as a result
of his presence on the pitch... as for the rest

Unlike the January
of 2013,
in which Liverpool managed to secure deals for both Daniel Sturridge and Philippe Coutinho at cut - prices, the club has now realised that these high - value deals are a rarity, and the likelihood
of them is rather slim, but also that there is a
need and requirement to pay the money when the
time is right — it seems Jürgen Klopp has
helped bring
about that realisation.
about time, something is amiss, especially when we have the likes
of Walcott now qualifying for the Fran.Jeffers Award for non-playing I do wish M Grenouille would put an end to all the press speculation on transfers, it is obvious to me he
needs a BIG striker and a BIG centre
in order to compete on the on the search for Tin Mugs I get a bit pissed off when i read «Le Rouge Hareng»
about all the various «goings on», it's
time M.Grenouille spilled a few beans and
helped our nerves, we are, after all, what makes the Club survive Regards to World - Wide Gooners

help if they
need it; struggling with a new baby is nothing to be ashamed or concerned
about, and there are so many outlets that new moms can access

And so, spending that
time with your partner reconnecting and also for the partner to really kind
of learn the baby's signals too, so that way, you know, the partner can
help keep the baby awake while the baby's feeding
in those first couple
of week, rubbing the palms, rubbing the baby's back, rubbing the mom's shoulders, because a lot
of women tend to breastfeed with their shoulders up to their ears, [Laughs] and they
need, you know, some
help to kind
of relax their body, and partners can do lots
of skin - to - skin before and after feedings, so, there is nothing like smelling a brand new baby on your chest and again, it kind
of goes back to what you had mentioned
about skin - to - skin being, you know, so important for the baby and so, mom's not the only person who has the opportunity to do that.

I would say just talk to them
about the potty read up on babycenter
about the different things to
help the process along because even if they are not talking that much they still may give off many non verbal clues
of having to go potty. However if they are really not ready try potty training keep a onesie on
in the day
time with their clothing and a blanket sleeper on at night that way they hopefully won't be able to get to the dirty diaper before you.My dd is 19 months as well and I have been training her sort
of by letting her sit on the potty I have only let her use the one that goes on the big toilet but she peed
in it once and she often will say she has to pee when
in the bathroom but will sit and not do anything and get little pieces
of tissue off the roll and push it into toilet this is her renditon
of wiping even though the tissue does not really come
in contact with any areas that
need to be wiped I have slacked off on the training because she can not pull her pants up and down which is on the list
of things kids
need to be able to do to go by themseleves.Maybe just get them a few books and videos and a potty chair and talk to your dd's and see what happens you may be surpised.HTH

And for a vegan bodybuilder who must unfortunatelly play tetris with the food sources that he choses
in order to give to his body the right ammounts
of aminos, restricting SPI and soy foods so much does not make his goal any easier. There are sometimes that you
need a meal thats complete with aminos and soy provides that meal with the additional benefits
of lacking the saturated fats trans cholesterol and other endothelium inflammatory factors.I'm not saying that someone should go all the way to 200gr
of SPI everyday or consuming a kilo
of soy everyday but some servings
of soy now and then even every day or the use
of SPI which
helps in positive nitrogen balance does not put you
in the cancer risk team, thats just OVERexaggeration.Exercise, exposure to sunlight, vegan diet or for those who can not something as close to vegan diet, fruits and vegetables which contains lots
of antioxidants and phtochemicals, NO STRESS which is the global killer, healthy social relationships, keeping your cortisol and adrenaline levels down (except the necessary
times), good sleep and melatonin function, clean air, no radiation, away from procceced foods and additives like msg etc and many more that i can not even remember is the key to longevity. As long as your immune system is functioning well and your natural killer cells TP53 gene and many other cancer inhibitors are good and well, no cancer will ever show his face to you. With that logic we shouldn't eat ANY ammount
of protein and we should go straight to be breatharians living only with little water and sunlight exposure cause you like it or not the raise
of IGF1 is inevitable i know that raise the IGF1 sky high MAYBE is not the best thing but we are not talking
about external hormones and things like this.Stabby raccoon also has a point. And even if you still worry
about the consumption
of soy... http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21711174.

With 755 horsepower the 2019 Chevrolet Corvette zr1 is the most powerful Corvette ever it's also the most technologically advanced behind me are the rolling s's at Road Atlanta and we're here to see if we can reach to the supercar levels
of performance afforded by this thing's massive power big tires and the tall wing on the back after that we'll take to the streets to see if a car this powerful can behave itself
in public this is a monster
of a car I've had some brief track opportunities moving this morning to get used to the pace
of this machine which is phenomenal we're gonna warm up as we get out to the road Atlanta and sort
of build up to the pace that this car can operate at now initially when you hop
in this car you have this shrine to the engine right above you you see the line
of the hood it kind
of dominates the center
of the view you can see over it it doesn't affect visibility but it's immediately obvious and that kind
of speaks to what makes this car special it's a monster
of an engine listen to that [Music] that is tremendous tremendous acceleration and incredible power but what I finding so far my brief
time here at the Atlanta is that everything else
in the car is rut has risen to match hurt me while I lay into it on the back straight look you know 150 mile - an - hour indicated we're going to ease up a little bit on it because I
need to focus on talking rather than driving but like I was saying the attributes
of the rest
of the car the steering the braking capability the grip every system
of this car is riding to the same level
of the power and I think that's what makes it really impressive initially this is undoubtedly a mega mega fast car but it's one that doesn't terrify you with its performance potential there's a level
of electronic sophistication that is unparalleled at this price point but it's hard not to get you know totally slipped away by the power
of this engine so that's why I keep coming back to it this car has an electronically controlled limited slip differential it has shocks filled with magnetically responsive fluid that can react faster to inputs and everything this car has a super sophisticated stability control system that teaches you how to drive it quick but also makes you go faster we haven't even gotten into exploring it yet because the limits
of this car are so high that frankly it takes a while to grow into it but [Music] I think what's impressive
about this car is despite how fast it is it is approachable you can buy this car to track dates with it and grow with it as a driver and as an owner I think that's a really special [Music] because you will never be more talented than this car is fast ever unless you are a racing driver casually grazing under 50 miles an hour on this straight okay I'm just going to enjoy driving this now [Music][Applause][Music] this particular Corvette zr1 comes with the cars track performance package a lot
of those changes happen underneath the sheet metal but one
of the big differences that is immediately obvious is this giant carbon fiber wing now the way this thing is mounted is actually into the structure
of the vehicle and it makes you know loading the rear hatch a bit more difficult but we're assuming that's okay if you're looking for the track performance this thing delivers also giving you that performance are these Michelin Pilot Sport cup tires which are basically track oriented tires that you can drive on the street but as we wake our way to the front
of the thing what really matters is what's under the hood that's right there's actually a hole
in the hood
of this thing and that's because this engine is so tall it's tall because it has a larger supercharger and a bunch
of added cooling on it to
help it you know keep at the right temperature the supercharger is way larger than the one on the zo six and it has a more cooling capacity and the downside is it's taller so it pops literally through the hood the cool thing is from the top you can actually see this shake when you're looking at it from you know a camera from the top
of the vehicle this all makes for 755 horsepower making this the most powerful Corvette ever now what's important
about that is this not just the power but likewise everything
in the car has to be built to accommodate and be able to drive to the level
of speed this thing can develop that's why you had the massive cooling so I had the aerodynamics and that's why I had the electronic sophistication inside [Applause] we had a lot
of time to take this car on the track yesterday and I've had the night to think
about things Matt today two crews on the road and see how this extreme performance machine deals with the sort
of more civil minded stuff
of street driving the track impressions remain this thing is unquestionably one
of the most capable cars you can get from a dealer these days a lot
of that's besides the point now because we're on the street we have speed limits they have the ever - present threat
of law enforcement around every corner so the question is what does this car feel like
in public when you slow this car down it feels like a more powerful Corvette you don't get much tram lining from these big wheels though we as the front end doesn't want to follow grooves
in the pavement it is louder it is a little firmer but it's certainly livable on a day to day basis that's surprising for a vehicle
of this capability normally these track oriented cars are so hardcore that you wouldn't want to drive them to the racetrack but let's face it you spend more
time driving to the track than you do on the track and the fact that this thing works well
in both disciplines is really impressive I can also dial everything back and cruise and not feel like I'm getting punished for driving a hardcore track machine that's a that's a really nice accomplishment that's something that you won't find
in cars that are this fast and costs maybe double this much the engine
in this car dominates the entire experience you can't miss the engine and the whole friend this car is sort
of a shrine to it the way it pops out
of the hood the way it's covered with coolers around the sides it is the experience
of this car and that does make driving this thing special and also the fact that it doesn't look half bad either
in fact I think it has some
of the coolest looking wheels currently available on a new car this car as we mentioned this car has the track package the track package on this car gives you what they call competition bucket seats which are a little wide for my tastes but I'm you know not the widest person
in the world this automatic transmission works well I mean there's so much torque again out
of this engine that it can be very smooth and almost imperceptible its clunky on occasion I think I'd might opt for the manual although Chevy tells me
about 80 %
of its customers will go for the automatic I don't think they're gonna be disappointed and that's gonna be the faster transmission drag strip on the street - and on the racetrack man it was a little bit more satisfying to my taste though we've talked
about the exhaust I have it set
in the track setting let's quiet it down a little bit so you can hear the difference now I've set that separately from everything else so let's put it stealth what happened to the engine sound that's pretty that's pretty amazing man stealth is really stealth and then go back to track Wow actually a really big difference that's that's pretty great the Corvette has always been a strong value proposition and nowhere is that more evident than this zr1 giving you a nearly unbeatable track performance per dollar now the nice thing is on the road this doesn't feel like a ragged edge track machine either you could genuinely drive it every day the compromises are few and that's what makes this car so special if you like what you see keep it tuned right here and be sure to visit Edmunds.com [Music]

about Del Rey «

in my article on this a while back, but my personal conclusion is that Kodansha has actually been publishing books
