Have you ever thought
about hemp milk?
Since most if not all of the THC is removed in Industrial Hemp (aka Cannabis Indica), I would like to see more nutrition facts
about Hemp Milk and Hemp Seeds which imported to us here in Jamaica from America and (mostly) Canada.

I don't measure anything, but rough estimates are half an orange, half a cup of frozen Wild Blueberries, small handful of frozen cherries and frozen cauliflower, a big medjool date, frozen spinach,
about a tablespoon of peanut butter, a teaspoon of
hemp seeds, a collard green, a few slices of zucchini, a celery stalk, sprinkle of cinnamon, and almond
milk to blend.
but I was 1) worried
about Mason meeting his nutritional needs with so many allergies and essentially eating a nut free paleo diet, and 2) too skeptical of the guar gum and carrageenan in all the
milk subs including
hemp.

about whether strawberries are in season or not) and your favorite nut or

milk.
I don't know
about the fat content of homemade
hemp milk.
Obviously I didn't invent
hemp milk, so this post is not going to be super detailed on the tutorial end, however, I did do lots of research
about hemp seed sources that I think could be helpful to have all in one place for others.

milk has the most protein, at 4 to 8 grams per 8 ounces, but almond,
hemp, and rice
milk also contain
about 1 gram per cup.

Due to absorption rates (this may all be in my head — I'm not a baker), I've added
about three more tablespoons of almond
milk so that the
hemp doesn't suck it all up, leaving less for the chia and quinoa to fight over.
I have also been eating Gluten Free (100 % for a few weeks previously
about 75 %) and Dairy Free (for years I use almond, rice or
hemp milk).
Hemp milk has a nice balance of fats and a good amino acid profile, but I would ask your naturopath or Dr.
