What I love

Thinking
about the middle east, all of us start imagining those flavoured
hummus dips at the supermarkets, those pita pockets with Falafel patty and drizzled with tahini sauce.
As much as I adore the traditional chickpea - based
hummus, I fell in love with another type that I tried
about a year ago - edamame
hummus.
I actually started thinking
about doing a firecracker cornbread around the time I was writing

Roasted Garlic & Carrot
Hummus, makes
about 4 cups -1 bunch carrots -1 head garlic -
about 1/2 cup olive oil -1 can chickpeas -2 T tahini -1 T cumin -1 T corriander - juice of one lemon - salt & pepper
i think its all
about crunch and taste that needs to be in the spotlight i have not tried this brand of
hummus..
Add
about 2 - 3 T of
hummus to each wrap, then
about 1/3 cup shredded carrot, a few slices of bell pepper, and a few slices avocado (plus any other veggies you like!).
