One thing I really like
about this restaurant is that they use fresh, Vancouver
Island ingredients wherever possible, including mozzarella di bufala from Natural Pastures (made with milk from Fairburn Farms, home to the only water buffalo herd in Canada!)
Strictly speaking you are right
about the noodles being the wrong type, but I live on a small Greek
island and don't have access to many Asian
ingredients so I replaced ramen noodles with the ones that I had at my disposal.
Because there's another beauty product that has just landed on Malaysian shores with
ingredients from Jeju
Island and they are the SEP Masks, and that's what we'll be talking
about today!
