I am not sure
about one thing, once you complete your capsule
wardrobe for one season, for example summer, what do you do next summer, if I continue to buy another few
items every year for that season, after few years I will have mess
in my
wardrobe again?
So I finished my colour palette, made a list
about season appropriate fabrics, the cuts that I like, and selected the clothing
items from my
wardrobe that I want to have
in this Capsule.
There's something
about colder weather that always leads me to purchasing
items in my favorite and unfailing
wardrobe color.
I'm all
about adding some new
items into my fashion
wardrobe in the summer, but I also love to stick to some true - fashion - summer - loves every year, too.
I've mentioned that I've been focusing on building a classic
wardrobe as I talked
about in this post and I'm looking to only buy
items that are flattering on my figure.
For the other
items, I probably thought
about the purchase for a good 10 days before buying, thinking of different styling options and how I would wear them, to what void they are filling
in my
wardrobe.
Now, fun fact
about my trousers: I got them on a charity shop for the lowest price, bought a cotton ribbon, took it to the tailor to sew the ribbon on the trousers and voilà I now have a «brand new» sports - luxe
item in my
wardrobe.
That particular
item of clothing was on my list because a.) I adore just
about all 1950s circle skirts, b.) I've been smitten with quilted circle skirts for as far back as I can remember, and c.) I don't currently have a plain black circle skirt and can really feel the hole that not having one leaves
in my vintage
wardrobe.
Ok, well summer may officially start on June 20th, but the second Memorial Day Weekend passes, I am
in a summer state - of - mind... which means N E W accessories to brighten up your
wardrobe + really make a statement all summer long Although I am all
about shopping on a budget, one
item I was taught to never ever skimp out on is a quality handbag!
What is most amazing
about textured pants, especially
in a neutral tone, these become a staple
item in your
wardrobe.
Today I thought that I could talk to you guys
about how one
item in your
wardrobe can get dressed up or down and everywhere
in between.
I have a pretty sizeable
wardrobe and I love everything
in it, but it might shock you that it's not often I see an
item of clothing for the first time and get a flip - flop true love at first sight feeling
about it.
That's what's so great
about it I think, these
items are
in almost everyone's
wardrobe already
in some form!

in my closet that I'm pretty picky
about being able to make it work with multiple
items in my
wardrobe.
Let's face it, the time of year has come where we start to think
about changing our
wardrobes, or certainly the
items in it.

about being warm whilst remaining stylish.
This Fashion Friday is all
about sweaters, one of the most beloved winter fashion
items in our
wardrobe.
Truthfully, I've liked just
about every single
item I've ordered, and I probably have over 10 - 15
items in my
wardrobe from there.
Turtlenecks are one of my go - to
wardrobe items in the colder months, I have one
in just
about every color.
It's easy to forget
about wardrobe staples when so many new stylish options are competing for your attention and your bank account, but as someone who consistently chooses 5 -LRB-... or 20) more minutes of sleep, I can personally attest to how effortless it can be to get dressed when you have those
items in your closet that just go with everything.

wardrobe mindset, I urge you to think
about having a number of
items that you will comfortably be able to find alternative uses for once you no longer want them.
Baby Davis, Little Davis and Davis Vintage look like a brilliant return to form and I know many women and their kids are going to be very excited
about developing relationships with some new
items in their
wardrobes.
