It's
about why some people can do core
exercises in a way that looks exactly right, except instead of feeling the core working, they feel their shoulders, or their back, or even their
knees.
It takes
about 5 minutes and it includes some truly efficient oblique floor
exercises such as hip twist from plank position, side planks, laying leg twist,
knee to elbow from push up position and torso rotation.

Keeping my
knees straight / out can be quite cumbersome as I have slight knock
knees, they turn in for
about a 20 - 30 ° angle I think, so letting them cave in during
exercises happens quickly.
The best part
about this machine is that you don't have to bend your
knees or bend your torso to perform the
exercise with it.

To perform sit ups, lie down on an
exercise mat with
knees bent,
about a shoulder width apart and with feet flat on the floor.
So
about four months ago, I restarted MAF training on elliptical and
exercise bike, minus 5 bpm, combined with a weightlifting rehab program centered largely on posterior chain movements such as Romanian deadlifts, single leg deadlifts, glute bridges, etc (the
knee has finally been showing steady improvement since I began).
This gives you the benefit of
exercising without having to worry
about aggravating that
knee or ankle!
About the

knees deadlifts.
