live in our community and so I do feel like the whole
thing I mentioned
about kind of not really liking to breastfeed
in public and Rose you mentioned how you don't tell people often how you breastfeed until four and it kind of makes me sad because I think you know, if everyone else
in the world is doing it until 4, maybe everyone else here is doing until 4 and we just, we are all too ashamed or maybe we would kind of be, if I would be a
little more brave
about it, I would find a different circle of people that I am not so different from.
«We know precious
little about our place
in the universe, except for one
thing: we, and any existing cohort of civilisations, will appear as «first born» to anyone
living in our universe a 100 billion years from now.
But the crazy
thing about empty space, weighing something --[well,] there are many crazy
things — it produces a gravitational repulsion, rather than the attractions so the expansion of the universe is speeding up; but this stuff is so mysterious and inexplicable — completely inexplicable right now — that many physicists have been driven wild and mad and have changed what we might mean by fundamental physics by suggesting, for example, that the fundamental concepts
in nature are not really fundamental at all, they are accidental; they are an environmental accident; that the are many universes and we just happen to
live in the one that has the values it does because if you changed it a
little bit then we wouldn't be
living.

«Ego Is The Enemy», a great book by Ryan Holiday,
in which I've been more and more discovering
things that suggest that perhaps a big part of a lot of what I do is based on me wanting to achieve a lot of
things in life and that's great, if it's
about affecting change
in other people's
lives, but I think that there may also be, potentially, a
little bit of an unhealthy obsession with being great.
So
life still happens and as much as you and I can do the
things to try to create these
little bubbles of you know, a nutrition bubble and lifestyle, and all these great
little parts of our ecosystem, we still operate
in an ecosystem that is generally pretty toxic
in terms of all the
things that are out
in the air, food, water, soil and you're going — you're going to come across stuff and it is just
about what do you do to increase your resilience against these
things once you kill them off, like you said was some of the post infection support, you know, people may hear — hear this and think oh kill, kill, kill, but eventually we're strengthening us, too, as the host and so that's why you and I, you know, maybe we take an extra day off or we go spend some more time
in nature because that's the stuff that's going to heal you
in the long term.
And for a vegan bodybuilder who must unfortunatelly play tetris with the food sources that he choses
in order to give to his body the right ammounts of aminos, restricting SPI and soy foods so much does not make his goal any easier. There are sometimes that you need a meal thats complete with aminos and soy provides that meal with the additional benefits of lacking the saturated fats trans cholesterol and other endothelium inflammatory factors.I'm not saying that someone should go all the way to 200gr of SPI everyday or consuming a kilo of soy everyday but some servings of soy now and then even every day or the use of SPI which helps
in positive nitrogen balance does not put you
in the cancer risk team, thats just OVERexaggeration.Exercise, exposure to sunlight, vegan diet or for those who can not something as close to vegan diet, fruits and vegetables which contains lots of antioxidants and phtochemicals, NO STRESS which is the global killer, healthy social relationships, keeping your cortisol and adrenaline levels down (except the necessary times), good sleep and melatonin function, clean air, no radiation, away from procceced foods and additives like msg etc and many more that i can not even remember is the key to longevity. As long as your immune system is functioning well and your natural killer cells TP53 gene and many other cancer inhibitors are good and well, no cancer will ever show his face to you. With that logic we shouldn't eat ANY ammount of protein and we should go straight to be breatharians
living only with
little water and sunlight exposure cause you like it or not the raise of IGF1 is inevitable i know that raise the IGF1 sky high MAYBE is not the best
thing but we are not talking

about the consumption of soy... http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21711174.

about how
life is kind of messy, but it's a beautiful mess, so I guess
in the end, whether it is a jigsaw puzzle, or my inbox, or my house, or my writing projects, or my
little classroom here for my online classes, or
life in general... we should try to keep
things tidy, but that doesn't always happen.

about little things and not - so -
little things happening
in their
lives.

Lies
about the
little things — If you find that you're always catching them
in small white lies, or the details of their past just don't add up (like where they went to school, where they grew up, what they do for a
living etc), this is a huge red - flag.
