We've recently begun putting
together concept art of Xi'an worlds, which got us thinking
about the
game's Xi'an ships: how can we
make them play differently than the standard human ships?
The producer, Atsushi Inaba, said that the team wasn't quite sure
about making the
game black and white, because there were a lot of problems, like differentiating objects from the background, but as the pieces joined
together, the excitement began to grow.
But Shadow manages to take just
about every element of the
game and refine it beyond what most people would have even deemed possible back in 2005, then it
makes these elements play off each other in a way that ultimately binds them all
together seamlessly.
Seriously after so many years of fans complaining
about the same terrible business practice that frustrates us and
makes us NOT want to buy your
games or just give up on a franchise all

How the
game is able to take players on a journey through this often - times dark and grim story, but still
make us love everything
about it is a testament to how great it all ties
together and keeps leading the narrative forward in interesting and unique ways.
