about mechanisms of drug resistance in melanoma - a key medical problem - as well as to evaluate the potential of splicing inhibitors as a
therapeutic approach in two groups of melanoma pts with different response kinetics.
Currently, Vogelstein is focusing on
new, minimally invasive techniques for the early diagnosis of cancer based on his previous findings, and
therapeutic approaches that apply what researchers now know
about cancer biology.

about genetic variants that underlie Mendelian disorders will facilitate rapid and accurate diagnosis and might lead to
