Guess the only thing I wonder
about is the
nutritional info as germ has more calories & protein, but less carbs than bran.
I'd be curious if anyone knew the
nutritional facts on them or had any more
info about the health benefits versus regular brownies.
However, your
nutritional info here must be wrong — I got a total of
about 240kcal (although my milk is slightly higher in that)-- did you maybe calculate it with full - fat coconut milk (which has easily 300 - 400kcal per cup) instead of the coconut beverage (~ 50kcal / cup)?
