Now these look like some delicious ideas, I have to admit I've not thought
about meal prepping for a week before, but actually, it might be a good idea.
I'm not trying to rush the weekend away, but today I want to
talk about meal prep.
I am
all about meal prep so I have delicious food ready to go around a hectic schedule.
I've been writing quite a bit in the last few months
about meals in federally funded daycare centers.
So I turned to a sauce that I've been using on just
about every meal for the past week, including this pasta.
But if you have quite a bit of weight to lose I wouldn't
worry about meal timing.
You should notice your child getting
excited about meal times and even asking for snacks rather than waiting for you to offer them.
Important additional questions need to be
asked about meals served, water and food supply, as well as about visits, social and personal activities.
What I
love about meal prepping this type of protein is that I can eat it with so many different meals all week.
Another great thing
about a meal like this is you can easily customize it for the kiddos by leaving some burgers without the buffalo sauce and blue cheese.
I have been in excellent restaurants where everything was clean and in those places I feel confident
about my meal before I ever take a bite.
Well, since I mentioned in my last blog the fact that we need to «eat», I thought I would
write about meal planning.
Before we get going, I want to talk a
bit about meal planning for your prep.
The thing I love
most about a meal like this is how little it takes to come together.
As far as diets go, this one was built for lazy people or at least for people who don't want to think
about their meals too hard.
I've found that if I keep enough ingredients on hand, I don't have to worry
much about meal planning during the week.
