about all you other Realtors out there but I am sick and tired of giving out all this info for free and allowing people who think they are Realtors to distribute information on their websites for a few bucks.

about other Realtors who lower commissions... Yet when the opportunity to list a military or RCMP transfer comes along... jump at the chance and not blink an eye at the reduced commission rate imposed on them».

Realtors are working with more than one buyer or seller at a time and they make contact with
other buyers and sellers who end up buying not the home that they first met the
Realtor at or not the home that was advertised in paper that they called the agent

This spring a CBC Marketplace segment ran an undercover sting operation to see how honest a
Realtor would be
about the details of
other offers in a multiple offer scenario, if the agent was representing both the buyer and the seller in a transaction.
Tough luck if your
REALTOR's
other seller was robbed of fiduciary duty, because you could care less
about him, right?
Folks who already have their minds made up, for better or worse, when thinking
about Realtors, are not those who will be swayed, one way or the
other, by this ad.
Referencing your point
about the power of leverage and using
other people's money, these same
realtors are setting prices that don't fit the traditional 75 % LTV model.

I don't know
about you, but if I hired you to be my
realtor, and then found out that the house I wanted to put an offer in on was getting two
other offers that were to be presented on a Tuesday afternoon at 3:00 pm, but you were in the middle of a 4 on - 4 off, as a police officer, A — I don't think your police boss would be too happy if you ran off to deal with an offer when there was a medical emergency to attend, and B. I don't think your buyer that was hoping to buy this home would be too happy to learn that they lost out on this home because you were at a police emergency, and not attending to their needs as promised when you started working with them.
