Hi Paul I am writing again to apologize for asking
about other diets and protocols.
I heard friends talk
about other diets and feeling worse to begin with.
But what doesn't work
about other diets — i.e. low cal or low fat — still doesn't work for low carb.
When you hear the words «Paleo Diet» you would tend to think the same thing you have
about every other diet out there.
Not exact matches
In addition, the general populace has had a daily
diet of reading
about the difficulties in the US and
other countries.
Hormone changes due to induced abortion may indeed be related to breast cancer, but there are
other known causes of hormone changes that we should worry
about, including the widespread use of chemical contraceptives, fertility drugs that cause hormone surges, increased obesity and fat content in the
diet that change the body's estrogen metabolism, and last but not least, chemical contaminants in the environment that mimic estrogen....
Not sure
about the
other benefits listed here as some of them do not pertain to me and could be related to my plant based
diet or
other lifestyle choices.
I have been vegetarian for
about 2 years, but have developed severely low iron along with some
other gut issues, which in turn requires a very low carb

about food (trust me, I've tried), no matter what
