about my trip to Seattle
in a week
in a half for a
photography retreat.
It's been 3 years and I still love cooking and
photography and can sometimes publish a recipe here and there when I'm not panicking
about my wedding coming up
in November 2017.
Aside from the gorgeous and rustically - styled
photography, the collection of recipes
in this book represent everything I've ever loved
about cultural cuisine.
I think the kids will really be interested
in learning
about blogging, recipe development, nutrition and food
photography!
One of the first things I noticed
in the book was the most obvious — Celine's amazing photographs (
about 45 of them)-- which are all breathtaking, inspiring and showcase her rustic - yet - sophisticated style of
photography.
As part of the class,
in addition to cooking / recipe creation, they will be learning

photography, story - writing, and nutrition.
I really believe that's
about the only thing someone
in my line of work of recipe development and food
photography can do.
