I think I was most confused
about pocket diapers.
In this cloth diaper review of Fuzzibunz Perfect Size diapers, we share what we love and would change
about these pocket diapers.
What I like
about these pocket diapers is the leg gussets are clearly well - constructed and very unlikely to leak.
Not exact matches
They held
about 2 days worth of
diapers (mix of
pockets, prefolds, covers and wipes) and did an okay job at holding it the smell (formula fed, sprayed
diapers), did not leak and were relatively easy to wash but I didn't love the two layers.
One thing I have noticed
about one size
pocket diapers is that they usually come with inserts.
The «tiny little bit of detergent» recommendation first occurred in the cloth
diaper world
about the time that
pocket diapers were introduced to the market.
The zippered
pocket inside it perfect to hold soiled
diapers to keep them separate from the clean clothes and
diapers so that you don't have to worry
about cross contamination.
When I leave the house I like to use the Boba Air because it is light and folds up into a
pocket that is
about as big as one of my cloth
pocket diapers.
The special electronic
pockets are a perfect place to keep your tablet, small laptops and phone without worrying
about them getting damaged by soiled
diapers.
Performance Rating: 4 out of 5 stars The more cloth
diapers I try, the less I am on the fence
about what is the best choice for me next time around (for my
pocket book and my baby's bottom).
One of the nice things
about this bag is that after the baby is out of
diapers, the bag still useful, as the larger
pocket is a great size for paperback books, toys, and other fun things.
Though typically thought of as a

The storage basket is very large to carry your baby
diaper bag & for your own shopping but one thing you may not like
about «Britax Affinity Stroller Review» you can't get any extra storage or
pockets & zip to carry small things, there is no cup holder included but you can buy it separately.
Which I guess is my thing
about cloth
diapers in general: there's a lot of dogma and rhetoric
about how «natural» it is, which I think is only really true when you're talking
about organic - cotton prefolds and a wool cover, not so much when you're dealing with an all - synthetic
pocket diaper stuffed with microfiber.
We also had a few different
pocket diapers (Swaddlebees and BG 3.0's), neither of which I was crazy
about for a young baby.
With goodies like insulated bottle
pockets and an included changing pad and wet - dry bag, this
diaper bag is as much
about function as it is
about form.

I have tried
about a dozen different brand
pocket diapers and this one is by far my favorite.
One of the blogs I read for a few years before having kids told
about her experience with
pocket diapers, how easy they were, a whole testimonial.
I've been giving her
pocket diaper a thorough testing here on Petit Prince and I've got lots to say
about it.
Amanda - we used
about 5
pocket diapers per day (1 disposable for night time) when our son was 3 months, and now at 19 months use
about 3
pocket diapers per day (1 disposable at night).
I tend to use my prefold
diapers at home and my one size
pocket diapers when we are out and
about.
I've been reading
about all the great things flats have to offer and I'm so bummed I didn't purchase any when building my newborn
diaper stash... Not only do they seem great for newborns but they really are one size and can even be stuffed in
pockets!!!
Generally, we usee the same
diapers out and
about as I do at home (
pockets).
They are small, but will still holds
about 4
pocket diapers and inserts.
Back with my oldest, just
about all my
diapers were
pocket diapers with microfiber inserts and I didn't know why they were stinking.
One great thing
about pocket style cloth
diapers is that you can add in extra inserts to increase the absorbancy.

For an older baby, maybe 3 - 4 months and up,
about 15 - 17
diapers (
pockets, AIO's or prefolds / fitteds) will get you through the day with time to wash the
diapers.
If flat
diapers and prefolds aren't your thing, consider
pocket diapers, fitteds, and all in one
diapers made with all natural fibers in their absorbent layers, and think
about a
diaper that will be easier to wash — say an all in one
diaper that has a soaker pad that is only attached at one end, or one that has removable layers.
The fleece and PUL seem to be
about the same quality as other more expensive brands of
pocket diapers.
I have heard good things
about the
diaper covers, but I only have the
pocket diaper.
