about reusing the
pulp, which is something I'd really like to do.
I've never timed the baking of the
pulp, it's normally
about five hours and it's done when it's dry but not crispy.
I wanted to use up the almond
pulp left over from making milk so I decided to add a cupful of finely chopped dates, some grated coconut, a dash of maple syrup, vanilla, &
about a tablespoon of cacao; I used the blender so added a bit of wáter & a Little of the almond milk too......... made a fabulous mousse - like mixture!

about the «ground almonds» - I recently made a big batch of your almond milk (turned out great < 3) and I dried out the
pulp in the oven to make almond flour.
Then I continued with all the carrots ~ it's that carrot
pulp I was after — and I was happy to have
about 2 cups of it from
about 10 carrots.
My personal preference is the Aroy - D brand — just coconut and water — I always have a box of that in my fridge My good friend, Danielle has a great blog post
about making homemade coconut milk from shredded coconut (you can also make homemade coconut flour from the
pulp when you're done!)
Since it's a lot wetter and mushy than pressed almond
pulp, in order to tighten up the dough I doubled the flax and also mixed in some dehydrated almond
pulp and some oat flour (simply buzz rolled oats in a spice grinder) with the cashew
pulp, in
about a 12:4:1 ratio.
I don't know
about you, but sometimes I can't help but feel wasteful just throwing away all my juice
pulp.
You could increase the almond
pulp about 3/4 of a cup, but I wouldn't do much more than that because it'll change the consistency of the recipe too much and it won't hold together.
Add the lemon slices to the skillet, making sure none overlap, and simmer gently for
about 15 minutes, turning the slices frequently, until the

A trick for getting pomegranate seeds out is to fill a large bowl
about halfway full of water, cut off the ends of the pomegranate and halve it, then submerge each half under water and pull the pomegranate apart with your hands / separate the seeds from the
pulp.
Scoop out some of the
pulp, leaving sturdy shells
about 1/4 inch thick.
I've made Choco - Coco Almond Bites and Coconut Almond Bites (both of which are very good), but each recipe only uses
