If you're like me you may feel conflicted
about salad dressing on a taco salad.
I remember being warned
about salad dressing back in my very early dieting days.
It's in lots of stuff including just
about every salad dressing on the shelf, as a result, I make my own dressing now.
Dang, I don't think I have ever heard so much talk
about salad dressing.
She was concerned
about some salad dressings not being gluten free, and she didn't want to feed them to her child who has celiac disease.

We chatted in the kitchen before dinner
about dressing for the
salad (and broccoli / broccolini in general).
I feel funny calling it Chinese Chicken
Salad, since there's nothing Chinese
about it, except the inclusion of bok choy (a Chinese cabbage) and a
dressing made with rice vinegar, sesame oil and soy sauce.
I've been wondering
about using stevia in recipes, but I haven't ventured any further than using it in
salad dressings and enjoying it in my morning coffee.

salad dressing; the options are endless with cider and the best part is, it keeps for a long time too!

about keeping it chilled like you would with a mayonnaise based
dressing.
