I get just as enthusiastic
about outfitting my
closet for a new season as I used to get
about back to school
shopping as a kid.
What I love
about it is that it looks just as good with boyfriend jeans for the weekend.When it comes to
shopping, I try to make sure that pieces work multiple ways for my

Shopping My
Closet To say that I was worried
about what I was going to wear for Easter this year would be an understatement.
As I have described in my
shopping tips and accountability post
about not immediately buying every new trend, I first turned to my
closet.
SO, for any new folks around these rosy parts — Trend to Try is a series on CUR where we talk

Secondly, I was totally thinking

closet because it looks cute with so many things!
but who am I fooling there are plenty of items in my

about the pieces, walking away to make dinner, taking the dog for a walk... forgetting the jewelry is in my cart until I return to my
closet the following day and start the cycle all over again.

What I love
about Poshmark (I super love these ladies to pieces) is the fact that you are able to
shop closets from many fashion lovers from around the world «virtually» which is a very unique way of
shopping.
I'm actually thinking
about ordering this one as well:) I've really been trying to make an effort to
shop my
closet more and really pare down what I don't wear on a regular basis.

The thing
about this look is nothing I'm wearing was recently purchased and I've had for a while so I surprised myself by
shopping my
closet and re-visiting outfits that I wore in the past that I may have forgot
about and just wearing it differently.
I've just reduced my spring / summer
closet to 50 items, more on that below, and I've been really good
about not
shopping.
The great part
about doing a
shopping fast is that you get a chance to reinvest in your
closet and discover the pieces you truly love wearing.
As my
closet fills out with items I love and plan to keep for years (or at least until the undeniable
shopping bug hits) I'm becoming pickier and pickier
about new clothing.
I know not everyone celebrates Valentine's day, but for those who do celebrate with their significant other or maybe you even celebrate Galentine's Day with your BFF, I thought I'd put together 3 different outfits for every kind of date scenario whether it's casual or more dressed up and the best part
