about sleep regression to avoid being tired and also causing your baby to be tired.

I've mentioned The Wonder Weeks before, a book all
about potential mental leaps, and what to expect (including
sleep regressions) by Dutch researchers Ranjt and Plooij.
My son went through the same phase at 4 months, though I had no clue
