spend or do we have sell like debuchy got 70 grand a wk most of us wouldn't make that in a year just think
about that, he didn't play at all and that's why we haven't da
money and sanogoal like cum on cut da squad pay the real players, manage da club get world class players and great squad players
We have had enough time to now to build a decent squad, I'm talking from

Spoiler Alert people, we are not getting anyone in the front striker position OTHER than what we already have, there was a story in the star yestrday
about the 250 million wenger is looking to
spend on the likes of Marco Ruess ect ect and I really can not believe that after all these years the Prof will change his ways and
spend all that
money and evern if he was going to he needs to pull his finger out as all the top players are being strongly linked with other clubs, meanwhile we wait for the brat Vardy to make up his mind
when we know he is highly unlikely to come to us another summer of dissapointment for us as wenger has already stated that Giroud will lead the line next season.
Stop moaning
about Man Utd and what they have
spent when I know we have the

2 things; wenger has to take massive crtisism for favoritism with certain players and for
spending latley on less than whats needed e.g why play ozil, ramsey, walcott,
when they havnt performed, anyone can see a front 3 of welbeck, sanchez and perez would cause havoc Xhaka wtf he cant takle, is not mobile enough and has the temper and the decision making skills of a of a suicide victim, why did nt we go in for Kante less
money and 10x a better player or even Schneiderlin thinking
about what happens after wenger ask yourself this will we win the league next year with wenger then ask if we got the right manager next year would we win the league
The club are
spending no more
money this window - unless an unknown no hoper, Sanogo style, from the French lower division comes for loose change — and this Scrooge club are simply trying to recoup the Lacazette fee from existing deadwood, reduce the wagebill and con us poor mug fans once again with lies
about this or that big player being on the radar,
when the truth is — as we cynics know very well, who have learned better from bitter experiience of the clubs constant lies — that no one of note is coming in and this dishonourable, shifty club continue to drag our former great name in the mud, with their corrupt misrunning of our once great and glorious club.
The prem teams get so much
money now they can afford the best managers in the world and then buy the best players and if u think
about what arsenal have done it's obvious we have stagnated with the same manager,
spending the same amount of
money playing the same tactics which never won the league in the first place (not including wengers first decade or so) so the past does not represent the present
when every other team has improved so much!
Although I've found it very cathartic to speak, vent and end occasionally rant
about all things Arsenal, we need to act carefully and intelligently right now or we're going to get played by this club even worse than at present... the pro-Wengerites and the suits, who represent a considerable proportion of the season ticket holders, don't want to believe that there is no plan and that Wenger has mailed it in for several years now or that things are going to get much worse before they get better... why would they... many have
spent a considerable sum buying some of the highest priced tickets in the World... they want to have a front row seat to see something special and to be seen doing so, which simply provides ample justification for the expense and the time invested... to many of them, Wenger is the sun in their soccer universe... his awkward disposition, misplaced arrogance and his utter lack of balls makes him a rather unusual cult figure, but the cerebral narrative seemed to embolden those who already felt pretty highly of themselves... many might not even of really liked football that much before his arrival and rarely games they weren't attending... as such, they desperately believe that Wenger, and only Wenger, can supply them with their required fix... if he goes, they were wrong and that's a tough pill to swallow... they would have to admit that they were duped... they will definitely resent whoever made them feel this way, but of course it will be too late by then... so
when we go overboard with ridiculous comments bordering of anarchy, it scares the shit out of them and they shift their blame towards us rather than at those who really perpetrated this act of treason... we aren't the enemy... we simply woke much earlier and the reason our comments have gotten more vile in recent years is out of utter frustration... in order for any real change to occur at this club we need to bring as many supporters as possible with us or the big
money interests will fade and our ultimate objective will be lost... so it's time to focus on the head instead of the heart for now
Somebody please tell our lovely prof that the game is up, that Anelka would not go for 500k in this current market, that
when you
spend money to strengthen a key position this season, you won't have to worry

like I said before it doesn't matter who is the manager it starts from the top of the board has to go if we have a strong Like I said before it doesn't matter who is the manager it starts from the top board has to go if we have a strong Board Who is pushing the manager then we'll have a chance Wenger is a good manager but if we have a board he's not interested in winning things you know the answer to that do you remember
when Dean was in charge Wenger was around then we won everything The board is destroying Wenger and Arsenal football club American doesn't give a toss
about AFC if we put pressure on the board then they might start
spending a bit of
money or Selecor hopefully I'm glad we lost today because I think it will go to the board maybe get the stupid American to
spend a bit more
money
I mean Christ Danny Welbeck was let go for just slightly less than lucas Perez and Wenger wasn't even in the country
when he was bought in, what does that tell you
about the club and its ambitions????? if you added up the
money spent on oriental and Japanese players who we NEVER see play in an arsenal shirt over the last ten years, we could have brought in half the Barcelona side including Messi so you tell me what THATS all
about??? its a disgrace, and Giroud acting like a football god because he scored and equalizer really just epitomises the whole messed up attitude and THAT starts with Wenger and his «its not my fault it was the ref» attitude its stinks
then

about spending money.

... AKBs and their definition for success and why that potato head should continue turning the club to a laughing stock... i get so confused
when some people will stay in the most competitive league in the world and still be happy to just compete for top four... even the sick manager is thinking
about a «top four» like the whole years of embarrassment has not been enough especially for fans who
spend their hard earned
money to watch home games as well as buy club apparels...
(3) this team is rotting from the inside out and it's going to take some unprecedented moves on the part of this board and the fans to facilitate the necessary changes... this club must rid itself of it's absentee billionaire landlord before we become just another sporting wasteland in this man's collection of flailing clubs...
when this is done it will expose just what exactly has been going on behind the scenes and I'm afraid of what will be uncovered because if Wenger's business model is as antiquated as his football philosophy it could look an awful lot like and old Monty Python sketch in the backroom... we need to replace the owner with someone who actually cares
about this club and isn't afraid to wear their emotions on his or her sleeves or
spend their own
money to achieve greatness... this new owner needs to find someone who represents the same sort of cutting edge that Wenger represented in his early years then pair that individual with someone who knows how to conduct transfers in the modern era... then and only then will we find a way to escape the malaise that has permeated our once storied club for way too many years
In my opinion, although the price does seem a little high, who are we to complain
about Wenger
spending such amount of
money,
when all we wanted to see what a bit of ambition from Arsenal in the transfer market.
Time for some brutal honesty... this team, as it stands, is in no better position to compete next season than they were 12 months ago, minus the fact that some fans have been easily snowed by the acquisition of Lacazette, the free transfer LB and the release of Sanogo... if you look at the facts carefully you will see a team that still has far more questions than answers... to better show what I mean by this statement I will briefly discuss the current state of affairs on a position - by - position basis... in goal we have 4 potential candidates, but in reality we have only 1 option with any real future and somehow he's the only one we have actively tried to get rid of for years because he and his father were a little too involved on social media and he got caught smoking (funny how people still defend Wiltshire under the same and far worse circumstances)... you would think we would want to keep any goaltender that Juventus had interest in, as they seem to have a pretty good history
when it comes to that position... as far as the defenders on our current roster there are only a few individuals whom have the skill and / or youth worthy of our time and / or investment, as such we should get rid of anyone who doesn't meet those simple requirements, which means we should get rid of DeBouchy, Gibbs, Gabriel, Mertz and loan out Chambers to see if last seasons foray with Middlesborough was an anomaly or a prediction of things to come... some fans have lamented wildly
about the return of Mertz to the starting lineup due to his FA Cup performance but these sort of pie in the sky meanderings are indicative of what's wrong with this club and it's wishy - washy fan - base... in addition to these moves the club should aggressively pursue the acquisition of dominant and mobile CB to stabilize an all too fragile defensive group that has self - destructed on numerous occasions over the past 5 seasons... moving forward and building on our need to re-establish our once dominant presence throughout the middle of the park we need to target a CDM then do whatever it takes to get that player into the fold without any of the usual nickel and diming we have become famous for (this kind of ruthless haggling has cost us numerous special players and certainly can't help make the player in question feel good
about the way their future potential employer feels
about them)... in order for us to become dominant again we need to be strong up the middle again from Goalkeeper to CB to DM to ACM to striker, like we did in our most glorious years before and during Wenger's reign... with this in mind, if we want Ozil to be that dominant attacking midfielder we can't keep leaving him exposed to constant ridicule
about his lack of defensive prowess and provide him with the proper players in the final third... he was never a good defensive player in Real or with the German National squad and they certainly didn't suffer as a result of his presence on the pitch... as for the rest of the midfield the blame falls squarely in the hands of Wenger and Gazidis, the fact that Ramsey, Ox, Sanchez and even Ozil were allowed to regularly start
when none of the aforementioned had more than a year left under contract is criminal for a club of this size and financial might... the fact that we could find
money for Walcott and Xhaka, who weren't even guaranteed starters, means that our whole business model needs a complete overhaul... for me it's time to get rid of some serious deadweight, even if it means selling them below what you believe their market value is just to simply right this ship and change the stagnant culture that currently exists... this means saying goodbye to Wiltshire, Elneny, Carzola, Walcott and Ramsey... everyone, minus Elneny, have
spent just as much time on the training table as on the field of play, which would be manageable if they weren't so inconsistent from a performance standpoint (excluding Carzola, who is like the recent version of Rosicky — too bad, both will be deeply missed)... in their places we need to bring in some proven performers with no history of injuries... up front, although I do like the possibilities that a player like Lacazette presents, the fact that we had to wait so many years to acquire some true quality at the striker position falls once again squarely at the feet of Wenger... this issue highlights the ultimate scam being perpetrated by this club since the arrival of Kroenke: pretend your a small market club
when it comes to making purchases but milk your fans like a big market club
when it comes to ticket prices and merchandising... I believe the reason why Wenger hasn't pursued someone of Henry's quality, minus a fairly inexpensive RVP, was that he knew that they would demand players of a similar ilk to be brought on board and that wasn't possible
when the business model was that of a «selling» club... does it really make sense that we could only make a cheeky bid for Suarez, or that we couldn't get Higuain over the line
when he was being offered up for half the price he eventually went to Juve for, or that we've only paid any interest to strikers who were clearly not going to press their current teams to let them go to Arsenal like Benzema or Cavani... just part of the facade that finally came crashing down
when Sanchez finally called their bluff... the fact remains that no one wants to win more than Sanchez, including Wenger, and although I don't agree with everything that he has done off the field, I would much rather have Alexis front and center than a manager who has clearly bought into the Kroenke model in large part due to the fact that his enormous ego suggests that only he could accomplish great things without breaking the bank... unfortunately that isn't possible anymore as the game has changed quite dramatically in the last 15 years, which has left a largely complacent and complicit Wenger on the outside looking in... so don't blame those players who demanded more and were left wanting... don't blame those fans who have tried desperately to raise awareness for several years
when cracks began to appear... place the blame at the feet of those who were well aware all along of the potential pitfalls of just such a plan but continued to follow it even
when it was no longer a financial necessity, like it ever really was...
i just do nt understand whats going on with mr Wenger pretty much a personal opinion which he is trying to convince everybody — is time is up in modern football too much royalty to some of his players who are not good enough and Arsenal fans pay huge price for that -
when do does nt want to
spend money he wait until last minute and use that as an example for not buying players to improve squad — the exceptional players it talking
about he sounds to mean Messi in my definition!!
And
when you are paying big
money to Arsene Wenger to run the football side of things (something the Kroenke's know sod all
about) and the chief executive Ivan Gazidis millions to look after the commercial side of things, it seems odd that we need to
spend so much for a bit of advice.
The thing that really bothers me is the thing we've disagreed on in the past and that's imo Wengers apparent lack of Urgency and decisiveness
when moving into the transfer window I know that Scheweinsteiger would be a great addition but He is somewhat over the hill in comparison to the others that are being toted
about and while I know that we are not the cash Rich Man Poo or Man Sh!tty or Chelski I do know that we are at a point for the first time in ten years where we don't need to replace many players or are being frced to sell the quality ones we have, we are for the first time in a spot where we only need to add two or three players and we are there in terms of being able to compete, Id hate for the financial Exuberance to stop us taking that final stride forward into the competitive team we nearly are IMO
spend the
money now, get the striker, get the DM and we wont need to look at transfers in a big way again for several seasons and with that in mind Id rather have the likes of Benzema or Lacazetta or even Cavanni than a nearly over the hill Scheweinsteiger.
Given Wenger's reputation of being really stingy
when is
about spending why would they give this
money to Wenger and not 1) hire a new manager or 2) go above Wenger a la Abramovic and buy the players they want?
And now I couldn't care less if we finish 5th or 6th, What's the point,
when he doesn't want to
spend, It's always been
about making
money and not winning major trophies.
I think I'd like to see Baptiste stay in the summer, it saves us having to
spend too much time and
money on bringing another centre back in along side the probable signing of Nick Kuipers, he's experienced and dependable
when played in the centre, and can, just
about, cover in other areas
when needed.
One moment we are complaining
about spending ridiculous sums of
money on has been players of stupid contracts, then
when the club finally wake up and start to look for young hungry players on sinsible wages, we start calling them cheap!!
Back in 2014

Deeply agree with you guys, where is Arsenal team we used to watch???? Where in the world is it???? Really really desapointed.I think this is the worse Arsenal team Ive ever seen.i know these guys are talented but may be AW worship them so much as stars so that they
spend their time with Chicks and do nt have the force to fight on the pitch anymore. No encouragement from the coach, nor the assistant.Arsenal only thinks
about making
money, forcing the fans to support these young players, focusing on the idea of producing stars and sell them afterward but not buying stars to win games.I was really pssd off
when I watch the Liverpool game agst hull city, Both teams were so alive and all strong during the game, fast play, pass accuracy, dynamism, combativity, never give up minded on evry single minute they fought for the ball.ManU had a draw today but You could see that they were fighting till the end.I do nt know WHAT DID WE DO TO WIN AGST MANU AND CHELSKI?????.
