about sweetened coconut AND 2/3 cup sugar?

I used honey instead of agave, and
coconut palm sugar for half of the dates (I only had
about 7 dates on hand) and
sweetened a bit more with 8 stevia drops.

coconut treats and these cassava cakes sound wonderful and so moist with the
coconut and
sweetened condensed milk and can't believe they're gluten - free too.
Years and years ago I used to make an easy pumpkin pie using
sweetened condensed milk, so using
coconut milk and honey makes sense because I would assume that it would end up being
about the same consistency.
The thing I especially love
about this recipe is that the light
coconut milk and
sweetened condensed milk (also known as lechera) don't overpower the natural flavor so you can still taste the earthiness of the avocado.

I used
sweetened coconut so I only did
about half the honey.
They're grain - free and made with
coconut flour, but my favorite thing
about these is that they're
sweetened naturally with applesauce — no other sweeteners!
I used buckwheat groats instead of rolled oats, and instead of
coconut sugar I used the remaining
sweetened coconut flakes I had with
about 2 tablespoons of honey.
