What makes these cookies so perfect is the irresistible
texture, which is all
about that magic pudding
mix.
The streusel
mix just
about cover the top, adding a bit of extra sweetness and some great
texture to the cake.
Place all the spices into your pestle and mortar and grind until a good
mix and
texture is formed (don't worry
about it being powder!)
Roasted garlic and summer herb salt blend: Harvest the last of your summer herbs, basil, sage, thyme, whatever you have, dry until they can crumble at your finger tips Roast 3 - 4 cloves of garlic with a drizzle of olive oil When cool, remove from the skin and finely chop, it will be sticky at first

mix of Mograbiah, also known as Israeli or pearl couscous, and regular couscous makes this salad all

Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies (gluten free, dairy free) Yield: 12 cookies You will need: measuring cups and spoons,
mixing bowl, wooden spoon, baking sheet 1 1/4 cups almond meal flour (other nut flours work too) 2 - 3 T cacao powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup coconut oil, avocado oil or olive oil (add
about half of this to start to check the
texture - see below) 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup 1/4 cup dark chocolate pieces 1.
After you have made it
about half a dozen times you will work out exactly how much of the kefir grain you need to
mix with the milk to get the desired taste and
texture.
Immediately after
mixing, my dough was very wet, but I allowed it to rest
about 5 minutes, and then the
texture was PERFECT!
put ya grains in a jar add a 5 — 1 ratio of milk (250 ml glass worth to
about 5grams grain) leave it in a dry cupboard with a loose lid or covering of some sort pay it a visit in
about 5 hrs to give it a shake /

textures and patterns and experimenting with different patterns.

about this season's shoe trends because they're the perfect
mix of
texture and details to help spruce up any outfit!

Remember how I was all

texture, and warmth to the table I used votive candles in varying heights in metallic gold with a scatter of acorns, some of which were found in my yard under the oaks (that were spray painted in my favorite gold spray paint I recently wrote
about here) combined with a store bought scatter
