carrot cake, and her advice was to include pineapple.

Also, I added
about 1/4 cup crushed pineapple, 2 T pecan pieces, and 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg to the
carrot cake recipe.
Made this
cake yesterday with
carrots and it turned out absolutely amazing!!!! I was nervous
about making this vegan for my daughters who have egg allergies after reading all the comments, but I used 2 chia eggs and it held together beautifully!
I have updated just
about all items inmy
carrot cake recipe to be as healthy as possible and have been stumped for years on how to deal with the sugar portion.
