I'm thinking
about a kitchen update with my next tax refund and I feel confident now that butcher block would work well for me.
And onto a few details
about our Kitchen Update.
Not exact matches
I took all the decorating classes and love to decorate cakes, so when I got layed off my job last year I wanted to open my own cake shop, and its not as easy as you think at least were i live in pa you have to contact the health dept plus you have to make sure your house is zoned commerical contact your local borough office if your not you will have to have a hearing and it cost
about 300 dollars for that, plus i couldn't have the bake shop in my house unless i had a separate
kitchen for the bake shop, and one for my family plus no pets aloud, i am lucky enough that i have a rental house next to mine that i'm turning into a bakeshop but i have to turn it into a business, i've been working with the small business assoc. and the health dept plus there are permits i need, electric has to be
updated and new lighting, plus the plummer has to do alot because i have to have a 3 bay sink and a grease trap, gas lines need to be ran for the oven,

In a «cash flow» market I own houses in I have a 4BR 2BA ~ 2,300 sqft house with handcrafted woodwork, hardwood floors throughout, recently
updated kitchens and baths (rental level, but all new) and several
updated mechanicals that I was all in at
about $ 28K when it went into service.
I never thought too much
about updating kitchens.
While survey respondents who are specifically looking for already
updated homes are pretty much in agreement
about new appliances and
updated kitchens being part of the move - in ready packaging, technology might be beginning to change the way buyers see such listings.
The
kitchen would need a little
updating, not sure
about the floor under the carpet in the living room and dining room / office area.
You always hear
about updated kitchens and bathrooms, which granted do make up the 2nd and 3rd positions, but we didn't expect open plan living to rank higher than these.
To really love your
kitchen and be happy with what you have, I think the actual decisions
about how to
update it have to spring from reality.
I have been dreaming
about drawer shelves and
updated storage in my
kitchen for years!!
I have so much more to tell you
about the new
kitchen, but you'll have to stay tuned for future
updates and the specifics of the materials we have chosen.

kitchen and can appreciate
updating a Tudor style home on a budget as I am
about to embark on many projects with my husband in our «new» home.

update, I thought I'd answer at least one of the questions we had

It looks like it needs a little
