You see, I recently started drinking
matcha green tea
lattes instead of coffee on the weekends to switch things up, so I started reading more
about matcha.
I think most anyone with a true interest in pursuing a natural, green lifestyle has learned
about and sampled
matcha, either as a hot, freshly whisked beverage or as a major ingredient mixed into a soy
latte, smoothie or tropical fruit drink.
By
matcha, I am not talking
about the sweetened
matcha latte you get at Starbucks or boba tea shop, I am talking
about the authentic
matcha drink made with just
matcha powder and hot water.
So,
about this coconut
matcha latte!
There's something so comforting
about a
matcha green tea
latte — a healthy beverage that's creamy and sweet with the slightly earthy taste of
matcha in every sip.
Ok, none of this has anything to do with an iced
matcha latte, but I really felt like I needed to talk
about this more so than the health benefits of
matcha.
So, needless to say, everyone is curious
about matcha and what the uber - popular
matcha latte tastes like [1].

about this iced
matcha latte, aside from the fact that it's the ultimate summer pick - me - up, is that is has the most luxurious creamy texture and flavor.

In the summertime I'm all
about iced
matcha lattes, but before I get too much into that, I wan na tell you
about this new love of mine, a.k.a.
matcha overnight oats!
I use
about 1 teaspoon of
matcha in my
latte, but if you're just starting out or sensitive to caffeine, I'd recommend only 1/2 teaspoon to start.
I talked a little bit

Matcha Latte post, but basically they're an oil made up of only medium - chain triglycerides (fats) which, when consumed, are sent directly to the liver where they are then used more as «fuel» for the body, rather than being stored as fat.
Just
about every day, I drink a big mug of Rishi
Matcha Tea with lemon and local honey, or warm with just almond milk (
Matcha latte!).
Then it hit me, instead of making a regular iced
matcha latte, how
about I throw it in the blender with a banana?
I mentioned in my post yesterday that one of the things I'm looking forward to
