GymKit could certainly come in handy for those who are fastidious
about tracking all their workouts; while I'm keen to stay on track with my exercise routine, my wearable fitness trackers don't help much because they don't let me sync or input data from the machines I use at the gym.

I am religious
about SPF, but Sunday afternoon when P and I hit up the
track for a
workout, I skipped my shoulders.
The nice part
about TrainingPeaks is that it not only allows to log
workouts, create
workout routines or work in close conjunction with a coach, but it also allows you to log your food, create meals, select from a food database that combines crowdsourced foods with the USDA food database, and get a variety of metrics that
track how your food intake correlates to your activity intake.
Although they're on the right
track about doing cardio to expend extra calories, they're not doing the right type of cardio
workout, and they're not doing the cardio at the right time of the day for best results
Those two grams are plenty for a human going
about their day and doing light
workouts, but if you're looking for a more intense gym or
track experience, you may be thinking of supplementing.

The Hexoskin Smart Shirt is an excellent product to
track data
about your
workouts and activities.
Its sleep
tracking leaves much to be desired, but it can
track just
about any type of
workout you can imagine.
With Android Wear 2.0 and it's new sporty features that will automatically
track workouts, there's a lot to be excited
about for a device like the Moto 360 Sport and even right now, it represents a quality option for the more active out there.
On the days we
track workouts or runs, and sleep, we find the Band to last until
about lunchtime the next day.
You launch a
workout by pressing the watch's side button and choosing from a litany of activities (seriously, it seems like Garmin can
track just
about anything).
Of course, it will also
track how physically active a user is and provide feedback
about calories burned and other
workout statistics, as well as providing users with
workout routines to try out.
I managed to get
about four days of continuous use, even after
tracking multiple
workouts with GPS activated and listening to music stored locally on the watch.

tracking, offering the capabilities of the Charge 2 but in a more premium package that can also allow you to save songs for offline listening, create personalized
workout routines, and not worry
about charging for days.
