about the ethical side of being vegan /
vegetarian because personally I think you SHOULD restrict yourself from
eating animal products, considering the pain and suffering an animal has had to go through unecessarily for you to
eat them.
I'm a
vegetarian and I try to
eat vegan most of the time — I hadn't thought
about putting avocados in my sauce.
