There are a lot of
abs training out there, but I only prefer those which lets me increase the resistance.

And when you perform exercises in which the torso is stationary and the pelvis is pulled into the ribcage (e.g.
ab wheel roll
out and hanging knee raise), the lower region of the
abs undergoes a greater amount of shortening and is
trained more effectively.
I'm a competitive swimmer so I swim around 6 - 9 times a week for 1.5 hours each time, and we do a small amount of strength
training out of the water, it's mostly just a bit of
abs, some squats, press ups.
Once you're that lean you might want to focus heavier on your
ab training to really develop the cuts in your
abs and make them stand
out the best that they can.
I do a lot of
ab work, but I rarely go
out of my way to do strength
training.
Because my body has now adapted to my
abs training and are now so strong that I can now do hundreds of reps even when done as circuits, I have now changed my
abs training to 3 sets of 10 reps each of the 3 kings of
abs exercises which are the dragon flag, the full
ab roll
out and the full hanging leg raise.
I dropped the next 20 lbs and started seeing
abs even though I hardly directly
train abs and hardly ever do cardio... my metabolism started revving — I can eat nearly 2000 calories a day now, more if I am not trying to lean
out... love love love it!

out, the more you
train your
abs and use other muscles groups.

out there these days, it leads the average joe or jane to over-complicate things and end up totally confused about what's the best way to
