Mary Grigoriadis: «Strokescapes: 1970s - 1980s» (closes on Saturday) This splendid little exhibition showcases early warning signs of the Pattern and Decoration movement of the early 1970s, which
signaled that American painting could be other
than abstract and minimal.

abstract)... wasn't that research intended to demonstrate measurement of dates (of scarring events) rather
than climate
signal represented by ringwidth patterns?
