So, there is already language for, so we do have a precedent set, and there's been plenty of dogs trainers who been sued and gone to jail for
abusing dogs in training context.

I have seen
dogs neglected and

training» by humans.

dogs such as people who have suffered traumatic events
in their life or others who have been emotionally

dogs can receive
training, be resocialized and gain a sense of how to better adapt to a host of situations.

dogs that have a past history of being mistreated or

dog, frying them with electric collars, etc... No one who loves
dogs does that kind of thing) and psychological pressure
in the
training process.

Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home unwanted

Other factors implicated
in dog aggression are selective breeding and raising of
dogs for elevated aggression, whether for protection, use
in dog fighting competitions, social status or financial gain (Bradley, 2006);
abuse and neglect (Delise, 2007); and inadequate obedience
training and supervision (Shuler et al., 2008).
Some of these situations include euthanasia by animal shelters, neglect and other forms of
abuse, potential use
in research laboratory testing, or use as bait for the
training of fighting
dogs.
