There's no problem with having
players from across the world make up the core of our team, though personally I'd
like for us to produce a lot more talent from our
academy.

liked the thought of promoting

academy who genuinely want to play for the club and he seems to fit the mold.
Rosicky will be sold and another

academy have good
players in Hayden and Ayaje.Southampton use to do well with their
academy because the supporters will allow and accept the youths to be given a chance, now supporters from a big team
like Arsenal wants proven expensive world class
players in order to win quickly in detriment to give a chance to the youths club.Wenger show preference to some in detriment of others too playing always the same

like i have said before the transfer funds should be used for only first team additions who are top quality and replacements should be found first from our
academy without hesitation so the transfer funds go further to more worldy

Also we can not rule out progression of
Academy players into the team just
like Alex iwobi did this year.
Atleast we are now loosing youngstars to rivals, not established
players like we used to with hleb, cesc, v.persie etc Though I think the
academy should be shut down till a coach who knows how to intergrate young

I'm a great fan of Ramsy but I'm so disappointed to see him play
