Emotional difficulties
showed acceptable fit to the data (factor loadings: 4 — 10 years: 0.534 — 0.794; 12 — 13 years: 0.778 — 0.780), as did hyperactivity (factor loadings: 4 — 10 years: 0.638 — 0.867; 12 — 13 years: 0.860 — 0.863).
The model is
an acceptable fit with the data (RMSEA =.00, RMR =.03, AGFI =.93 and NFI =.97).
This year, all new models evaluated provide good or
acceptable fit.
Further, the comparative fit index (CFI) and the incremental fit index (IFI) were measured, and values equal to or higher than 0.9 for these indices indicate
an acceptable fit to the model.
The global fit indices included: The X2 - degrees of freedom (d. f) ratio < 2.0, RMSEA < 0:06, CFI > 0:90, NFI > 0:90, GFI > 0.85, AGFI > 0.85 indicated
an acceptable fit.
Results showed
an acceptable fit of the model to the data.
The χ2 statistic was 21.47 (df = 9) with the χ2 / df ratio having a value of 2.39, less than 5, which indicates
an acceptable fit (Kline, 2005).
The mediation model, which is graphically depicted in Figure 0002, provided
an acceptable fit to the data: χ2 (21) = 24.42, P = 0.27, CFI = 0.98, RMSEA = 0.06, SRMR = 0.08.
Results showed
an acceptable fit (χ2 (8) = 10.86, P = 0.21, CFI = 0.97, RMSEA = 0.08, and SRMR = 0.08).
Finally, a SRMR of 0 ≤ SRMR ≤ 0.05 indicates a good fit and a SRMR of 0.05 < SRMR ≤ 0.10 indicates
an acceptable fit.
Furthermore, a RMSEA of 0 ≤ RMSEA ≤ 0.05 indicates a good fit and a RMSEA of 0.05 < RMSEA ≤ 0.08 indicates
an acceptable fit.
According to Schermelleh - Engel, Moosbrugger, and Müller [39], a CFI of 0.97 ≤ CFI ≤ 1.00 indicates a good fit and a CFI of 0.95 ≤ CFI < 0.97 indicates
an acceptable fit.
