accessed and verified who is on that
list at the time of the transaction, they may have difficulty explaining
to FINTRAC during an audit how they determined that the funds were not terrorist

BUT MY GOSH, handing over almost $ 50,000 (25k
to listing agent / 25k
to buyer's agent) on a $ 800,000 sale of a
listed property that so many thousands of realtors have
access to on that «menu» called the MLS is completely avoidable now days on buying and
listing property here in the 21st century.
