I have a one time united club pass and I've been looking everywhere to see if it grants

While I love the flexibility of being able to bring in multiple people to the lounge, if I were primarily concerned with lounges, I'd look heavily into the Platinum Card since it offers broader
access to other lounges.
Pricing is all over the map, and some memberships include reciprocal
access to other lounges, giving you more bang for your buck.
However, unlike Citi, Amex offers
access to other lounges, as well.
The card does not get
you access to any other lounges.
Priority Pass membership, which gets you into over 1,000 lounges around the world, is the standard benefit, though some cards, like American Express ® Platinum Card ®, give
you access to other lounges as well.
In addition to getting access to Priority Pass Select lounges, people with the American Express Platinum card also get
access to other lounges, including The Centurion Lounge, The International American Express lounges and Delta Sky Club.
Other rewards credit cards offer
access to other lounge networks in addition to Priority Pass, but Priority Pass is still the most extensive network that you can access regardless of which airline you're flying this trip.
On the airline lounge front, members of the American's Admirals Club and the US Airways Club will have
access to the other lounge and American AAdvantage Citi Executive cardholders will gain access to US Airways Clubs.
