accomplished teachers within their schools during noninstructional time.

school - level analyses of reading program characteristics, the practices of
teachers within levels of
school effectiveness, the practices of
accomplished teachers independent of
schools, and relationships among variables across
schools and classrooms).
The group recruits
accomplished teachers who want to take on leadership roles
within their
schools or to advocate for public policy changes without leaving their classrooms.
This kind of authentic learning requires highly skilled,
accomplished teachers working
within a
school climate that promotes powerful learning experiences.
