Not yet, our beers are currently contract - brewed for us under strict supervision, to our
process and our recipe and every batch is
lab tested in a UKAS
accredited lab, to ensure it can be certified gluten - free.
But critics say it has more to do with the chummy nature of the inspection
process, which creates a tendency to «go along to get along» among inspectors, and the agency's own interest in keeping
labs accredited.
