[6] This framework has the potential to go a long way towards
achieving land justice in Victoria.
I continue to advocate this recommendation as I believe it to be fundamental to
achieving land justice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
I encourage other states and territories to follow the lead of Victoria and work with the Australian Government to explore options for more flexible and less costly ways to
achieve land justice.
