All too often I install
sales tools that appear great but the
actual functionality isn't there.
Most of the time it doesn't bother me though — I'm always interested if it's a post on a one - day
sale or some special event / signing etc. — but I remain unconvinced that Facebook is a
tool for
actual marketing.
It is a
sales tool for Broker Dealer Reps lying, cheating, and cutting every corner possible in order to get out of doing the
actual hard work clients erroneously think they're performing, as they pretend to be financial planners; desperately trying to meet their BD's
sales quotas by peddling commission - based American Funds and scaring investors into buying life insurance company products (e.g., annuities).
Sites like zillow and trulia are
tools that you can use but your comps will be
actual recent
sales.
Success means
actual sales, marketing credibility and lasting client relationships — not just mastery of a shiny new tech
tool or social media app.
