And I think this is really good
rule of thumb, unless somebody's dealing with, you know, s — yeah, severe health issues, and they — they really struggle with fasting, where you're
actually able to create some variation in your
diet.
I'm all for the 80/20
rule (80 % nutrient - dense whole foods and 20 % freedom to enjoy foods you love), even though I
actually eat a 90/10
diet because I honestly love healthy, whole foods and the way my body feels when I eat them.
