Not understanding that yoga shapes sometimes do not align with how the body is
actually built to move can cause your students to drain energy, lose strength, compress the joints,

Don't get me wrong, this Jollychic jumper is
actually really good quality (the knit is so
heavy it even
feels like a sack of rocks) but with the stress of everything that's gone on lately I guess it's slowly and inevitably lead to sartorial confusion..
