kind of stage, it's
kind of a marketing
thing because they're certainly nothing that says that they're going to continue with this and I'm sure they've got a lot

of them women there; her baby has been on her milk and donor milks sinces the beginning and she's so thankful for these moms that she's met through these
kind of informal milk sharing pages and

well as friends, I know a lot
of them work through friends but her baby is gosh, I think he is now 15 or 17 months old.

actually good news.

The very very last
thing that I add in and sometimes it can be a
good 12 - 15 weeks before I add in this component is chronic competitive motion where it's okay, we're
actually going out to go on a bike ride or swim or run or something that is metabolic conditioning roadwork because that's the stuff in someone that is overtrained who often times has their parasympathetic nervous system really really beat up you know, if you test their heart rate variability, the number called there high frequency is really really consistently low you know usually because there are triathletes or marathoners that's more often I'm dealing with those people with adrenal fatigue than I am with like a cross fitter who's
kind of an opposite sympathetic nervous system fatigue issue but with those parasympathetic nervous fatigue, the last
thing we add back in is the swimming and the biking and the running because it's important to realize that when you're trying to recover from adrenal fatigue or overtraining, even if you're doing like an easy swim or an easy bike ride or an easy run, if you're a triathlete or a marathoner or a swimmer or a cyclist, those easy sessions send a message to your body that you're training, that you're running from a lion and you still get that hormonal depletion and it's so easy for you to just turn into a depletion session and so that's the very very last
thing that I'll add back in so that's kinda like the crow's eye view
of you know, the type
of things that I'll implement in a program for overtraining recovery, you know and you know, this is something that people hire me to walk them through.

actually very eye opening for me... because it's so easy to get caught up in what's super trendy at the moment or the next biggest

kinds of minds, different
kinds of strengths — some people are
good in thinking spatially, some in thinking language, others are very logical, other people need to be hands - on and explore actively and try

actually the most unfair education.
With 755 horsepower the 2019 Chevrolet Corvette zr1 is the most powerful Corvette ever it's also the most technologically advanced behind me are the rolling s's at Road Atlanta and we're here to see if we can reach to the supercar levels
of performance afforded by this
thing's massive power big tires and the tall wing on the back after that we'll take to the streets to see if a car this powerful can behave itself in public this is a monster
of a car I've had some brief track opportunities moving this morning to get used to the pace
of this machine which is phenomenal we're gonna warm up as we get out to the road Atlanta and sort
of build up to the pace that this car can operate at now initially when you hop in this car you have this shrine to the engine right above you you see the line
of the hood it
kind of dominates the center
of the view you can see over it it doesn't affect visibility but it's immediately obvious and that
kind of speaks to what makes this car special it's a monster
of an engine listen to that [Music] that is tremendous tremendous acceleration and incredible power but what I finding so far my brief time here at the Atlanta is that everything else in the car is rut has risen to match hurt me while I lay into it on the back straight look you know 150 mile - an - hour indicated we're going to ease up a little bit on it because I need to focus on talking rather than driving but like I was saying the attributes
of the rest
of the car the steering the braking capability the grip every system
of this car is riding to the same level
of the power and I think that's what makes it really impressive initially this is undoubtedly a mega mega fast car but it's one that doesn't terrify you with its performance potential there's a level
of electronic sophistication that is unparalleled at this price point but it's hard not to get you know totally slipped away by the power
of this engine so that's why I keep coming back to it this car has an electronically controlled limited slip differential it has shocks filled with magnetically responsive fluid that can react faster to inputs and everything this car has a super sophisticated stability control system that teaches you how to drive it quick but also makes you go faster we haven't even gotten into exploring it yet because the limits
of this car are so high that frankly it takes a while to grow into it but [Music] I think what's impressive about this car is despite how fast it is it is approachable you can buy this car to track dates with it and grow with it as a driver and as an owner I think that's a really special [Music] because you will never be more talented than this car is fast ever unless you are a racing driver casually grazing under 50 miles an hour on this straight okay I'm just going to enjoy driving this now [Music][Applause][Music] this particular Corvette zr1 comes with the cars track performance package a lot
of those changes happen underneath the sheet metal but one
of the big differences that is immediately obvious is this giant carbon fiber wing now the way this
thing is mounted is
actually into the structure
of the vehicle and it makes you know loading the rear hatch a bit more difficult but we're assuming that's okay if you're looking for the track performance this
thing delivers also giving you that performance are these Michelin Pilot Sport cup tires which are basically track oriented tires that you can drive on the street but as we wake our way to the front
of the
thing what really matters is what's under the hood that's right there's
actually a hole in the hood
of this
thing and that's because this engine is so tall it's tall because it has a larger supercharger and a bunch
of added cooling on it to help it you know keep at the right temperature the supercharger is way larger than the one on the zo six and it has a more cooling capacity and the downside is it's taller so it pops literally through the hood the cool
thing is from the top you can
actually see this shake when you're looking at it from you know a camera from the top
of the vehicle this all makes for 755 horsepower making this the most powerful Corvette ever now what's important about that is this not just the power but likewise everything in the car has to be built to accommodate and be able to drive to the level
of speed this
thing can develop that's why you had the massive cooling so I had the aerodynamics and that's why I had the electronic sophistication inside [Applause] we had a lot
of time to take this car on the track yesterday and I've had the night to think about
things Matt today two crews on the road and see how this extreme performance machine deals with the sort
of more civil minded stuff
of street driving the track impressions remain this
thing is unquestionably one
of the most capable cars you can get from a dealer these days a lot
of that's besides the point now because we're on the street we have speed limits they have the ever - present threat
of law enforcement around every corner so the question is what does this car feel like in public when you slow this car down it feels like a more powerful Corvette you don't get much tram lining from these big wheels though we as the front end doesn't want to follow grooves in the pavement it is louder it is a little firmer but it's certainly livable on a day to day basis that's surprising for a vehicle
of this capability normally these track oriented cars are so hardcore that you wouldn't want to drive them to the racetrack but let's face it you spend more time driving to the track than you do on the track and the fact that this
thing works
well in both disciplines is really impressive I can also dial everything back and cruise and not feel like I'm getting punished for driving a hardcore track machine that's a that's a really nice accomplishment that's something that you won't find in cars that are this fast and costs maybe double this much the engine in this car dominates the entire experience you can't miss the engine and the whole friend this car is sort
of a shrine to it the way it pops out
of the hood the way it's covered with coolers around the sides it is the experience
of this car and that does make driving this
thing special and also the fact that it doesn't look half bad either in fact I think it has some
of the coolest looking wheels currently available on a new car this car as we mentioned this car has the track package the track package on this car gives you what they call competition bucket seats which are a little wide for my tastes but I'm you know not the widest person in the world this automatic transmission works
well I mean there's so much torque again out
of this engine that it can be very smooth and almost imperceptible its clunky on occasion I think I'd might opt for the manual although Chevy tells me about 80 %
of its customers will go for the automatic I don't think they're gonna be disappointed and that's gonna be the faster transmission drag strip on the street - and on the racetrack man it was a little bit more satisfying to my taste though we've talked about the exhaust I have it set in the track setting let's quiet it down a little bit so you can hear the difference now I've set that separately from everything else so let's put it stealth what happened to the engine sound that's pretty that's pretty amazing man stealth is really stealth and then go back to track Wow
actually a really big difference that's that's pretty great the Corvette has always been a strong value proposition and nowhere is that more evident than this zr1 giving you a nearly unbeatable track performance per dollar now the nice
thing is on the road this doesn't feel like a ragged edge track machine either you could genuinely drive it every day the compromises are few and that's what makes this car so special if you like what you see keep it tuned right here and be sure to visit Edmunds.com [Music]
One other friend
of mine left he was in the real estate space wrote a book with with a major publishing house and then a few years later stopped he left real estate and went into a really strong personal development business and the publisher went up
well you're not promoting this book anymore and they took his book word - for - word and put somebody else's name on the cover
of it and just put a new introduction on it no credit to anybody he had worked because he had two co-authors help him with it because he's dyslexic so they essentially were the ones that wrote it and he provided a lot
of the content and the publisher gave those other authors no credit took his name off and put somebody else's name on the front and then the publisher was 100 % within their rights to do it so you know there's a lot
of things that I challenge people to
kind of think about what's important and if you're putting all your expertise into this book you want to make sure that somebody's negotiated a heck out
of it giving you a contract that
actually makes sense for you and your business.
Samantha: And with the trends that we're seeing now, for example like the raw diet and we're seeing
things that are gluten - free, I've heard some not - so - great
things about the vegetarian diet, unless a dog
actually needs that, but are there... for these new trends that we're seeing, are there any diets that
kind of stick out that seem to be the
best, or the new
best thing I guess, to be feeding your pet?
And really not all dogs need a grain - free diet, a lot
of dogs may
actually be
better on a diet that includes some grain, but the
thing that I like about having the grain - free option is it just creates another
kind of tool in our toolbox as a diet option for dogs that may be
better on that type
of diet.
While the first Risen was
actually kind of good, Risen 2 was poor, so can this third game get
things right?
siren was ok... creepy at times, and the overall story was
actually kind of cool... how it tied together and everything... worth playing... but that sight - jacking
thing is totally annoying... the grain filter in that game was ridiculous, the visuals where not bad... but it used «next gen» effects in a bad way to make it frustrating to play at times... Dead Space is easily the «
best» horror game
of this gen imo... Re5 was a disappointment... and I haven't really played any
of the others...
Well, that's the
kind of things you
actually need to know, else you'll probably never find it out.
Even though one part
of the FFVII extended universe was
actually very
good, it's still
kind of a shame to see we now have a prequel, a side story, a direct - to - DVD direct sequel CGI movie, and this re-release, rather than the
thing fans have been clamoring for.
One
of his
best known early collaborative projects, the Tumblr - based art platform / meme generator known as Jogging, accomplished this by showcasing the cheeky ad hoc sculptures and Photoshop creations
of Troemel and his friends as if the screen were a flat
kind of virtual plinth; his Etsy store came at
things from the other direction, using the craftsy online commercial forum as a place to present totally ridiculous, often perishable products — a Doritos Tacos Locos taco secured shut by a Masterlock, or a cluster
of hot dogs, q - tips, and a SuperCuts pen wrapped up in a Livestrong bracelet — as if they were homespun products people might
actually want.

of the most important discussions to me about painting over the years, as
well as feminism, and queerness, and all
kinds of other
things that Mark thinks about.
There might be value in a more generic piece focusing on this
kind of tension, which is going to be with us for some time — the slow steady responses predicted by current models, the concern that some observations
of faster and bigger changes might
actually be the greenhouse gas - forced signal and not just internal variability, the patience required before new observations and
better theories / models sort
things out.
Studies that do this, such as Foster & Rahmstorf 2011 and many others are
of course quickly discounted by some as some
kind of «trick», but the justification for accounting for these negative forcings is quite solid scientifically, and show the models are
actually quite
good at telling us what the underlying forcing from greenhouse gas increases amounts to, though they are still not
good at many other
things.
Yet some
kind of climate model is indispensable to make future predictions
of the climate system and IPCC has identified several reasons for respect in the climate models including the fact that models are getting
better in predicting what monitoring evidence is
actually observing around the world in regard to temperature, ice and snow cover, droughts and floods, and sea level rise among other
things.
Well it's not a given, and just saying
things like «people don't acknowledge what they don't know (ignorance)» isn't going to persuade anyone — you will have to
actually make a case and persuade people much
better qualified than me if you want to get some
kind of agreement on this.
There is
actually something truly wonderful about a
well - grounded legal education that would make me
kind of reluctant to mess with a
good thing.
When I was practicing at the big firm I used to be jealous
of my compatriots who did a lot
of travel and took depositions, because their hours billed sitting on an airplane, reading a magazine were just as
good as my hours billed reading cases on Westlaw and
actually drafting, and I did a lot more that
kind of thing and it's hard to achieve the same level
of billable hours doing what I do than it is in other areas like just regular litigation.
Those
kinds of comments, although sometimes really
actually meant very
well intentioned or meant as a joke or those sorts
of things.
If you have volume and so you don't have a relationship with every client or, as I suggested, I think a lot
of lawyers are wrong when they think about having the relationships they have with their clients, I think most lawyers don't have the
kinds of relationships that they think they do have, it can help to do some objective and less personal surveying to find out what they
actually think which gives you the option to, A, ask for feedback from the people who have
good things to say and, B, they don't have
good things to say, you want to know why and it lets you follow up.
Parents and teens alike,
actually, juggle work, activities, school, homework, and all
kinds of other
things on already full plates, so how are you going to fit drivers ed into this as
well?
«We really don't know how
well they work or what
kind of programming and integrations are possible yet until the
things are
actually out.»
Actually, it's
kind of a
good thing.
That's one
of the
good things actually, as Microsoft optimized the operating system to work flawlessly on all
kinds of devices no matter their price level, be they budget, mid-range, or high - end phones.
