Pearl
Powder (yes, from precious pearls of fresh and saltwater) is an oceanic
adaptogen and is used for its calming and mood - regulating effects.
Chaga: Known as the King of Plants, Chaga, also a mushroom
powder, is a powerful
adaptogen acting as a strong source of energy and promoting a well - being.
For instance, if you experience a lot of daily stress, job or otherwise, you might consider a greens
powder that contains
adaptogens, since these help your body adapt to stress.

Around two hours after breakfast, I'll make a smoothie, and usually go for a handful of frozen spinach, frozen strawberries, almond butter, hazelnut milk, a squeeze of lemon, ground chia seed, a dash of cinnamon, collagen peptides or protein depending how hungry I am, and some
adaptogen mushroom
powder.
The maca
powder is an
adaptogen.
And I heard it enhances the properties in
adaptogens and other nutrient
powders (collagen, brain octane, etc.).
I use it in the same way as the Amazing Grass Belly Elixir above, but make my choice based on whether I want the collagen that this
powder provides, or the
adaptogen benefits of the Belly Elixir.
Depending on how much I feel like channeling my inner mixologist, I'll also add things like cinnamon, ginger, vanilla or almond extract, collagen
powder and other
adaptogens — more about those below!
