I do the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pinto beans, cheese, and i don't add dressing because it will make it soggy... everyone fixes their plate / bowl then
adds fritos and Catalina dressing as needed....
I don't know if it's a Texas thing or what, but I love chili with corn chips (
Fritos) so I
added some blue corn chips I got at Whole Foods to make it fancy and pretend I'm eating healthy.
