Depending on the consistency of the sunflower seed butter you are using,
add additional coconut flour until the filling becomes a wet dough.
If you try again, just add as much additional protein powder as you need to get the mixture thicker and roll - able, and / or
add additional coconut flour, a teaspoon at a time.
If cooking in two batches, wipe out the skillet between batches and then
add additional coconut oil to the skillet.
