I added some almond Meal as the mixture seemed overly runny.
During recipe development, I tried
adding almond meal, a little coconut flour and other ingredients to bind the filling but I found the end product compacted and a tiny bit dry.
A great place to start is this zucchini crust, which starts with grated and chopped zucchini,
adds almond meal, cheese and a few other ingredients.
I also found that
adding the almond meal made it much easier to roll into little bliss balls.

Not exact matches
I initially used 75g oats and 25g
almond meal, but had to
add another 75g oats to try to firm it up as well as letting the mixture sit for a while so the oats could soak up the liquid.
I made a few variations — I only had 400g sweet potato so
added some apple puree to make up the difference, increased
almond meal to 1 cup,
added some vanilla, decaf coffee powder and extra salt — extra tasty!
So, before I put the second batch in the oven, I
added 1/3 cup of
almond meal, that helped... at least they formed a mound.
I followed the recipe exactly but
added about 1/4 cup of
almond meal to help hold it all together... They turned out perfectly!
Follow everything in this recipe until the very end: instead of coconut flour and dark chocolate chips,
add the same amount of Raw Cacao Powder (plus a little
almond meal to thicken it up a bit) and White Chocolate Chips.
