Avocado and a few signature twists to the recipe, and you've created a seasonal sensation.
1) Peel and cut mango,
avocados, onion and tomatoes into
cubes / dices accordingly 2) Place

Wash and chop your tomatoes and slice or
cube your
avocado and
add to the lettuce.
I used a little non fat greek yogurt with lime juice instead of the cream fraiche, and
added a little
cubed avocado for healthy fats.
To this high fiber, lean protein base, I
add sauted grape tomatoes in olive oil and top with heart healthy
avocado cubes.
Also seemed a bit one note with so much
avocado so I would
add cubed chicken next time.

cubes Add all of the ingredients except the ice to a smoothie maker or blender and whizz up for a couple of minutes till smooth.
Right before serving, cut another
avocado into
cubes, squeeze the juice of the remaining 1/2 lemon over it and
add to the salad.
Added some fresh oregano during cooking and
cubed avocado as a garnish.
Make the soup: To a blender,
add the melon, roughly chopped cucumber, basil,
avocado, lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon of the salt and the ice

So pair fresh vegetables with cooked veggies, combine crisp greens and crunchy toasted seeds, toss fresh herbs into your vinaigrette, spiralize your vegetables for
