With a little determination, you can
add avocado into almost anything... and without hurting your health!
Adding avocados into your diet is a start.
If you're a thick smoothie lover like me, you've GOT to try
adding avocado into your next recipe!

Virgin coconut oil is on high rotation in my kitchen, so I'm covered there, but I've recently been
adding more variety to my fats by mindfully incorporating things like
avocado, flax / other seeds and nuts, and ghee
into everyday meals.
Then make the pesto by simply
adding all the needed ingredients (juiced lemon not whole and of course remove the
avocado from its skin too)
into the processor and blending with a little water until smooth and creamy.
I've been thinking about replacing the
avocados and my best recommendation would be to
add 1 cup of soft boiled peas and 1/3 a cup of soaked cashews
into the sauce instead.
Then pour the juice
into a blender and
add the banana,
avocado and almond butter plus any of the extras you're using.
1) Peel and cut mango,
avocados, onion and tomatoes
into cubes / dices accordingly 2) Place cubed / diced ingredients in a large bowl 3) Squeeze lime juice over ingredients,
add salt & pepper to taste and mix well 4) Pre-heat oven to 180 deg cel 5) Pile all the tortilla sheets in one stack, and cut them
into 10 - 12 slices (as if you were cutting a pizza) 6) Use a brush to spread a little bit of oil on both sides of the cut tortilla sheets 7) Place greased cut tortilla sheets onto a baking tin / tray, making sure not to overlap them (if there is not enough space, toast them in various batches) 8) Toast tortilla chips until crispy and slightly golden brown 9) Serve dip with toasted tortilla chips
While the dough is pre-baking,
add the
avocado, Greek yogurt, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, garlic, lime juice and olive oil
into a small food processor.
Put all four halves of peeled
avocado into a medium bowl and
add a tablespoon of lime juice.
Add paste
into avocado mixture and combine.
The first time I made these brownies, I
added crushed candy canes to the top of the
avocado frosting, which just seemed to dissolve
into the frosting.
To serve, spoon
into bowls and top with everything you have — cashew - lime sour cream, cilantro, and
avocado are not optional, but you might also want to
add a little more jalapeño and some green onions.
My favorite is to do un-sushi for when I'm feeling lazy or sluggish and / or don't want the rice: I finely chop a bunch of raw veggies,
add some ginger, lemon, soy sauce, or other spices, mash an
avocado into it,
add some salt, slap the whole thing in some nori, roll it up, and call it good.
Drain one can of vegan toona and
add it
into a small mixing bowl with your mayo,
avocado and seasoning.
To make the guacamole simply mash the
avocado into a small bowl and
add the juice of 1/2 lime and a pinch of salt.
Add the eggs and roughly mash
into the
avocado.4.
My favorite thing about this quick and easy burrito bowl is that you can customise it just like you'd customise your burrito — I've already planned that next time I'll make the
avocado into guacamole and
add it on top and layer the elements side by side like I did in this Tropical Quinoa Bowl — just because.
Next,
add a few Tbs of the chickpeas, pressing them
into the
avocado.
I love
adding hemp to my breakfast, be it a dash on
avocado or pb & j toast, a generous shake over oatmeal or homemade granola, or a big big scoop
into my morning smoothie.
Add remainig sugar, 1 1/2 cups flour, lukewarm milk, mashed
avocado, salt and risen yeast mixture
into a medium bowl.
Right before serving, cut another
avocado into cubes, squeeze the juice of the remaining 1/2 lemon over it and
add to the salad.
Add the
avocado «mayo»
into the shredded beets, along with the garlic, herbs and walnuts.
Added bonus, they take 0 real cooking, and all you have to do is blend up the
avocado and mix it
into dark chocolate that you melted in the microwave.

of all the things I've put
into my smoothies, I've never
added avocado, but eat them regularly, so yeah, I get it!
You could also, like you mentioned, use
avocado to
add some substance to the salad and also, well not raw, but you can
add things like some cooked beans or a grain like quinoa or rice and it bulks up the salad to turn it
into a meal.
It is important to
add the
avocado at the very end and only blend it enough to make it creamy... it will stiffen up
into a firm, meringue - like consistency if you overblend it and then you won't be able to drink it.
Place the
avocado flesh
into a blender or food processor and
add the coconut milk and maple syrup.
Add sliced
avocado to your salad, mash it
into a dip or mix it up with the other ingredients here for a totally different take on a classic that's just as delicious and uber - healthy.
Cut the
avocado into quarters, peel off the skin, cut the flesh
into 1 - inch chunks, and
add those to the bowl as well.
Make once serve multiple ways: a few ideas include 1) slice chicken and serve over a Cobb / Caesar salad 2) chop chicken

And... I
added coconut milk to the
avocado frosting to make it
into pudding so no waste.
Throw them
into a simple salad (like → this, → this or → this), or simply
add a big spoonful on to some mashed
avocado on toast.
Throw one ripe
avocado, some basil leaves, one garlic clove and lemon juice
into the food processor and blend until you get a smooth and creamy sauce, finish it by
adding salt and pepper to taste.
I
added the
avocado after I spooned up the soup
into individual bowls, don't like the taste of heated
avocado.
The
avocado adds that thick, rich creaminess that the ice cream would, but sits much lighter in your stomach and has the
added benefit of slipping a bit of
added fiber
into your treat!
I love
adding chickpeas in salad, just regular canned or better roasted and turned
into croutons like in my vegan arugula salad with quinoa and
avocado.
I could definitely

adding the fat component of a meal by way of ingredients such as nuts and
avocados as opposed to
adding unnecessary oils

Place cauliflower rice
into bowls, pour shrimp and sauce over cauliflower rice,
add avocado slices and fried egg, garnish with chives.
Dump flour mixture
