circuits easily,
add just enough weight to reach failure at the same rep range and / or
add one or two
bodyweight movements to the end of this
circuit.
I came back to a very rainy week here in the Bay, and a lot of work to do - so I'm maximizing my time by
adding in some
bodyweight shred
circuits as usual!
